So dapat gawin ng coins.ph, maglagay na lang sila ng sarili nilang ATM machine na dun tayo pwedeng mag buy and sell and/or cashout to pesos. Kung sinong unang crypto exchange dito sa bansa na unang makakagawa ng ganyan na widely distributed to key cities and towns, ang magiging number 1 na exchange country wide. Then crypto will be useful even to all people. Madaling iliquidate kung ganyan. Mas madaming buyers and merchants na mag aadopt. Lalong magboboom ang mga online shops.

Wala akong natanggap na anumang text message from Security Bank. If Security bank is making it hard for us or coins.ph mismo. Why not coins.ph add another bank that can handle cardless transactions? Suggestion ko sa coins.ph: Metrobank can do it. PSBank can also do it. Why not do it? We are living in the most modern world yet. So Just do it.

Why not do it? We are living in the most modern world yet. So Just do it.

Special request yan. Di yan ganun kadali. Unlike sa EgiveCash na wala ng masyadong hassle kasi 16 Numbers and PIN lang ok na then connected sa coins.ph bank account. Sa Metrobank, may PIN via Mobile Banking and may PIN via SMS. Dapat dyan massive community request not just in coins.ph but on Metrobank too.

Just refer to their latest terms. Need additional info ng mga beneficiaries. Eh pano gagawin ng coins.ph un or baka may naiisip pa sila ibang way. November last year pa yan nawala ng matagal then bumalik saglit lang nung January yata or February tapos di pa pala smooth then yan na lulubog lilitaw.

Wag na nating asahan ang security bank most of the time talagang hindi nagfafunction yung service nila.

In general kasi yan meaning all beneficiaries na tumanggap ng EgiveCash in the past, not just via coins.ph.

Thank for the everyone for helping this issues or problems all Informatiom I got I suggested to my friend and he contacted the support and he gave a link and they answer the question needed and they have result after 1 to 3 working days. I hope his account will open again because he some bitcoin there and he needs money this week and also lesson learned for everyone to registered both email and mobile number for registering an account in coins.ph.

Pero I think malabo maresolved yan this week.

That is to verify kung siya talaga ang may-ari nung account.
Coins.ph staff ask him to send his documents to them so they can verify if he is really the owner of the account. And he still going to wait if he approve to open again his coins.ph wallet and Im really sure that he can do because his the real owner. In his case he only use Mobile number for registering coins.ph and Im thankful because I use both incase that happen to me like that.

I have question is anyone case like this, I have a friend who have level 2 account in coins.ph and yesterday his sim card lost and that sim card are connected to the coins.ph and the problem now they open his account and they regustered only number not including email so now they will not able to open his account in coins.ph and I suggested to contact the coins.ph what do you think the requirements to recover his account or any chances or don't have?

I send your problem sa help center ng coins.ph

I’ll update you pag nag reply na coins Smiley

Update,

I second what bL4nkcode said. He is right and addition to what he said kase na experience ko din yan although, not really the same pero hiningan din ako ng KYC and a video that contains kung anong araw nawala yung mobile number and yung kasama na din kung ano yung mobile number with holding my ID’s.

Is your sim card from philippine provider? If so, it is very easy to have your sim card replaced as long as the sim is just recently lost. If it made any transactions within the month, text, call or load, then just go your telco outlet and have them replace your sim. It is free.
I'm afraid that's easier said than done, lots of information will be asked, like when or to whom the last SMS message you received and sent, even the sim card holder which is called the sim card bed is very important as well which is tinatago ko talaga yung ganyang bagay.

I tried to change my sim card before since it was damaged but the thing is I still have the previous one so, may mga info pa ako like SMS messages, since there's a gcash account linked to that number so it was processed ka agad.

Well, if still alam mo ang mga ganyang info, I suggest go to some of the telco outlets which was mentioned asap, mostly nasa mga mall yan.

Most probably, they will ask if what's the number connected to the account, and expect they will ask verification or KYC, or maybe something like selfie with your valid ID.
Na experience ko is na wala phone ko together yung sim na linked sa coins account, at yun din ginawa ko, medjo badtrip lang ako that time kase ang hirap ma reach yung CS nila, I don't know parang nag improve naman. So tell your friend to contact them asap.

Actually, all of them are just marketing stuffs, sino pa hindi ma sa'sanay sa mga ganyan using coins, like on gcash or eGC (before) or any process na sinasabing instant daw, cash in man or withdraw process, processing them takes minutes there's nothing instant, it take minutes or even hours, much worse if day(s) pa. Kaya if may gagawin kayo, cash in or withdraw try to make your patience much longer.

We should consider all of the factor na nakakapagpabagal at dini-disregard yung salitang instant, katulad ng internet speed, number of transactions, at iba pa. Actually, instant naman talaga if yung system is at good condition especially kung ikaw lang yung taong nagtatransaction that specific time. Kasi ngayon, lahat ng tao tine-take as literal nila ang bawat nakalagay na information sa platform pero hindi iniisip kung paano nga ba nagwowork yung system.
