Ang magandang gawin na lang ng coins.ph dyan is to improved more their verification process. Gawing mabilis at di iyong i-fofollowup pa sa kanila if ano na status. Usually, yan naman ang concern ng iba, mabagal na process.
I can suggest that they follow the verification style of GCASH, it's instant as long as you provide the whole documents required and a selfie verification.
And judging how much the customer's volume, I think di nagkakalayo ang GCASH to coins.ph and parang nga mas marami pa nga GCASH users compare to coins.ph. And yes, saglit lang ang verification dito. Less than 24 hours lang after I submitted my ID and selfie.

Though I'm not so sure na i'implement nila ang ganyang feature, its part of their business na kase tho it can help their users. I also read about this, madami din nagsabi na nyan dito before nung nasa peak pa ng issue na ito na may mga accounts na nacoclose kasi existing na dahil di maipaliwanag yung mga pumapasok na pera at the same time nasasabi nila na ang crpyto ang source ng income nila kaya ang nangyayare close account or yung ififreeze ang account nila.
