They are still there and have been for about an hour, how do I send the BTC to an account? Anytime I try and send from blockchain is says "Maximum concurrent requests reached for this output."

I would interpret this as: "I am not alone!"

Exactly. Tried all the different methods available on blockchain to no avail. But at least I have seen that much in just a short span of time. Only if I have that laptop on me right now, I could do something to get something from this.

To take 0.001BTC you need 100 inputs, this make 20kB transaction.
For 20kB transaction you need about 0.002BTC "standard" fee.
