Also the face on the coin is just a black dude with sunglasses and a shape up who just so happens to look like him. I'm pretty sure dev if you put somewhere a disclaimer that you are in no way trying to impersonate Kanye West then you should be fine. I agree, the image on the coinye west homepage is now also slightly changed, so will be very hard to start a case against.What is more important, is the fact that the coin already got a lot of media attention over the last months, which will not go unnoticed when the coin launches on January 11th.
