Hi everyone
First of all let me apologize for what had happened
My name is Taras and I will explain you briefly what happened.
I have been working with my "friend" (an enemy in fact). I was doing cards and he was responsible for all business-related questions, payments, cashouts, delivery etc..we both have access to telegram and bitcointalk account.
About a week ago account password was reset. My "friend" dissapeared taking coins.
I feel very very bad of this ugly story and I do not ask you to justify me. It is my fault that I chose a bad partner, that I did not make a good enough due-dill.
I am not rich and I did not get much of those coins transfered, however please feel free to send me btc amounts you lost in this situation. I will pay it little by little as I have funds coming from other sources. If you can make smth useful for you as a designer let me know as well (instead of a refund).
Sorry again, sorry again for this dirty spittle at bitcoin community. It was a honor to be a part of this community and I was sure I was doing smth useful for the members.
Sorry
Let's just assume that everything that you wrote here is true (due to good faith). I have a couple of questions.
You said that you had a business partner, that you trusted them so much, that you gave account details (bitcointalk/telegram). I assume that since you are the designer, you are the official (first) owner of this account since you took part in the 10th-anniversary competition as a designer. Hence, you shared accounts with your "partner" afterwards. Also, you claim that your "friend disappeared taking coins."
Question 1: I guess that you knew your friend IRL (in real life) since somehow you gave to them the physical items for dispatching. How exactly they disappeared and you cannot find/track them? (like they left the country?)
Question 2: Since I assume that you know who your partner is, did you took legal action against them? You admitted that stolen the funds from you (and from us). All I can see here is you saying excuses like ... "It is my fault that I chose a bad partner". The question is: what are you planning to do about it, and what you already did.
Question 3: Since you were sharing accounts, and both of you having access (reading/writing) and also to PM's (reading/writing), I also assume that you already know through PM's, EXACTLY the amount that each one of us sent you. Even if you were not handling the business-related aspects, you were still had/have access to that info, and you should have (at least) read them. I assume that you wanted to know when a customer ordered a new digital card (through PM), hence you were actually accessing PM's and reading them. Why are you asking what each one sent you, since you already know?
Question 4: How did you get access to your account back? (after your partner reset the password) Why it took you 1 week?
Question 5: Could you please indicate to us which of the posts (in this and in the other "Unique collectible things for Bitcointalk users." topic) were written by you, and which by your "partner"? Just write the post #'s here, please.
Question 6: If the above it's true, how can we be sure that "you" are the one that claims this (ie do the writings now), and not your partner (pretending of being "Taras")?
Since this is an international delivery, there is no tracker. More precisely, I have documents and an invoice, but you can’t track the delivery on it.
They deliver to the local postal delivery service at a specific point in each city, and only then this service creates delivery to your personal address. This system helps to save on delivery, since personaly delivery from Ukraine is quite expensive.
All postage and duties are already paid, do not worry.
You just have to wait.
Sincerely, Bas.
Question 7: Do you have those dispatching documents and the invoice, or not?
suggestion for further business (if there is still a chance to restore your business): continue to produce items upon request. Send them to MJ (or other trusted user). Upon confirmation of receiving, then AND ONLY THEN, you will get your commission/payment (not beforehand) directly from the user that you had a deal with. Alternative you could use full escrow services (and prolly pay for the escrow fees, or split fees with customers)
I did tons of assumptions above. Please enlighten me...
