That is the bad news there. The NBA has yet to make an official statement on whether its return will be delayed. The virus has not really lost its grip on the eventual opening of sports.

Sport is important in the government economic industry so it paves the way for any sport to be reopened.

I think that a sporting event has already succeeded, and they continue with the next match. We hope that there is no infected person involved in that event so that the event can run as a schedule. The staff and all people in the event still need to be careful because the pandemic not ended now. Besides that, the new normal seems can be a new way for the virus to infect people because if people stay at the crowd without wear a mask and use social distance, that can lead to a new case. The government will need to be aware of the second wave if people do not care about their health.

It really can't stop the NBA from reopening. I'm sure even my son is excited to watch his favorite sport on TV again. He has something else to focus on besides playing mobile games. Yes, we will admit that the risks will not be lost due to the virus, but the organizers will not allow that as long as they follow the protocols and no ordinance will be violated. Maybe my son can help guess which team will win the match.

I don't think that would either be affected, they were all tested and the organization made sure that everyone who are in the court are covid-19 free already. The physically of the game is what makes the sports exciting and entertaining to watch, take it and we will never enjoy the return.

But I missed NBA game so much that of course I will wait for a positive decision about the season this year.

I felt so excited when this season started but suddenly it was stopped due to this pandemic and same as you I really hope they have concrete plan on how they can protect their players and people around the league so that they can continue, Hopefully we can see still see a great game despite of this situation for sure the physicality of the game will change due to this disease.

Recently, Rockets' Russell Westbrook of Rockets tests positive for coronavirus so if someone got infected by the virus, the scheduled match or will be postponed and it's hard for the organizer to fix things. So it's better to take more precautionary measures or postponed the events so we can help to minimize cases per day. There will be always a risk and we can't avoid that, if we're taking the risk then there are some points that we make things very difficult to our health workers. Even its Boxing or UFC, there's still a risk you should face and as long as the COVID-19 vaccine still not exist, it's not safe around. Other solution to this is end the season quickly, they should prioritize their health and think about their relative who can be in danger once they got contact with the virus.

In America and on different other countries the same practice is being continued. The games are conducted without reschedule, but none were allowed to watch it live. Recently football league took place in the similar manner without a single audience.

In terms of number almost 80% of the games were rescheduled without any date being fixed. Based on this, it is true that sports gambling and associated networks have lost huge revenue.
