I doubt that this could happen in the end of the year. Seeing btc crisis from the start of the year until now is not a good sign for btc to reach 100k$. If ever btc will really bounce back and show signs of breaking through its peak price then maybe the highest price it could attain would be 20k$ up to 30k$.
This year is a test and the answer to whether the bitcoin price could reach $ 100,000, if the year-end price could reach $ 20,000 then I'm sure that the $ 100,000 price will be achieved next year, but if the year-end price is under $ 10,000 it takes at least 5 years to reach $ 100,000.
Yes that is right that bitcoin is currently passing in hard time, but i think that bitcoin will recover its price after mid of this year. The investors are sure about bitcoin price that in this year it can cross 20000$ very smoothly. Some weak and inexperienced people are creating problems while selling their bitcoin in low price. but hope bitcoin will recover from panic very soon.
I'm not sure that there will be 100 000. I think a more realistic figure is 35000-50000.

I read an article a couple of days ago, in which a guy was saying that he thinks bitcoin will reach 100.000 $ by the end of 2018.

I've read a lot of articles that say bitcoin will be $500,000 or even $1 million. Everyone has their own understanding. But I think it's hard for bitcoin to reach $100,000 in 2018. Now the price of bitcoin is $7,500, and it needs to go up 11 times to reach $100,000, which I think is very difficult to achieve in 2018. What do you guys think?

I think the next big boom could happen around 2021. It's gonna be while. Sit tight and wait it out. 100,000 definitely possible.

It is possible, but what I think is that it will reach 100 000 $ but not this time. It will hit 60000-70000$ in year 2022. But that is also just my prediction, everyone can predict but no one can say that it will actually happen. But some predictions have basis, like the chart patterns, but it is proven that bitcoin defies it all with just a single negative news, bitcoin price drops.
I highly doubt it, if you see the current market conditions are very fall and continue to fall, it will be very difficult to be realized, especially with facebook, google, and twitter that banned ico ads, it is increasingly worsen the world of crypto

I think this statement is little bit hyperbole because it is very much difficult to reach the valuation to 100000$ because the amount is very big because the current valuation of BTC is about 8100$ and to reach to that amount will take very long time but nothing is impossible because if we want to achieve something big then first we have to dream first, though the target is very big but if there is constant support of its user, then we will definitely achieve it. What do you guys think?

There's nothing impossible but I think it could only go high like $40k to $60k but it can't go high like that to $100k. But it depends on demand and supply in the market of bitcoin.
I dont think so. It is a very high target but every thing is possible in the world of crypto and ina the near future the bitcoin demand will be more than the current situation. If bitcoin will soon get the value of $100,000 and this will make us successful too because we are the crypto lovers and we really feel good if that will make it happen.
It might be possible but it will take a lot of time to fall on 100$.Now bitcoin price is around 9K $.By 2018 bitcoin price will not dump until 100 $. On contrary its price may pump.We need to wait and see.
I'm afraid looking that amount it so much expensive and I'm sure nobody will invest with bitcoin. It seems to be $10k-20k is good enough and we see a good market with that range of amount and beside people still can invest with no worries of losing to much.

I hope so but with the performance of bitcoin for the last few months, i guess it will be very hard to achieve for now but maybe in the future. I believe that bitcoin price will be more higher this coming months. Let us all be patient.
