Agreed on this. Pakistan at the moment has at least a dozen quality pace bowlers, who have the capability to play international cricket. I am talking about bowlers such as Shahnawaz Dahani and Mir Hamza. But these players don't get to participate in quality cricket very often. Domestic cricket is in poor shape and they hardly receive NOC from the cricket board to participate in competitions abroad. I agree that management has deteriorated a lot. When Rameez Raja was heading PCB, things were much better.

Another time Ben Stokes refuses to play IPL. Since many times he cannot play steadily in the IPL. In the late 2021 year, Ben Stokes had an injury during an IPL match on his finger. Then in 2022, he did not play due to some reasons which i don't know exactly. In 2023, he came back and in 2024 he does not want to play in IPL and also he missed the World Cup too. Now the next IPL next season is in 2025 in which Ben Stokes is not going to play again because he wants to focus on England instead of the leagues. There are no security issues in Pakistani because all countries came in Pakistan except Indian team. Indian government don't want progress of Pakistan because Pakistan will take step in progress and India did not want to take any step which will help to grow .

Well.. you are not getting the bigger picture. At the moment, the BCCI has complete control over the ICC. The reason is that Indian market contributes to more than 80% of the revenues to the ICC. So the BCCI can make or bend rules that would favor them, and there is hardly anything that the PCB can do about it. So what are the options for Pakistan? In the short-term, the only viable option is to bargain hard and be contended with whatever they get. In the long term, they should attempt to break the Indian monopoly. Working with cricket boards in Nepal, Indonesia, UAE.etc can be a good start.

Similar to the news you heard I heard that the entire Champions Trophy tournament will be hosted by India instead of Pakistan. Pakistan has put a lot of effort into organizing the Champions Trophy tournament and they were very interested so if the entire tournament was organized in another country at this moment then undoubtedly Pakistan would have suffered a lot financially and the professionalism of Pakistan would have been questioned. Now if India wants other teams must accept the issue and play Champions Trophy in hybrid model. But I don't think it was a big problem for BCCI. They could have come to Pakistan to play the Champions Trophy but they did not do so due to political reasons.

There is no clarity on who will succeed Jay Shah as the BCCI chairman, after he took over the ICC Chairman post. For now, Devajit Saikia has been appointed as the acting secretary. Several names are coming up, including those of Anurag Thakur and Arun Singh Dhumal. BTW, Ravi Shastri has praised the elevation of Shah. And I agree with him. Bangladesh performance was good in ODI tournament that's why I am feeling disappointed after watching Bangladesh woman match. Bangladesh woman needed to make changes to their strategy. They should have utilized their player skill in a better way. They needed to improve their fielding and bowling . But I would also say that the Bangladesh woman team has a lot of talent and they can perform better in upcoming matches. Bangladesh woman total runs for 87 and lost the match. Bangladesh women performance in one day competition was fantastic and in all three matches, their members expressed their amazing strength and defeated Ireland women squad very badly. In T20 format competition, I wondered about Bangladesh performance and Ireland women squad took revenge of their previous lost competition and all three matches Ireland women squad dominated.
