a good gambler should able to manage the time
A good gambler know how to split the time for family, for friends and for gambling, a good gambler never neglected family or friend just because of gambling

We must encourage people to become a good gambler, so people won't always have a bad judgement about gambler

A lot of these reasons all stem back to having control of yourself. That in part can come from living a stable life style and knowing how to look after your finances, along with understanding that casinos are always the long term winners because that's how they make such immense profits every year. It takes some extremely bad management for a casino to fail and in that scenario they are likely unaware that they are getting cheated in one way or another. You should always keep gambling to small amounts and if you feel it creeping into a regular activity that takes up a lot of your time, when you're not making a profit, then it is always better to cut your losses and get out. Being able to walk away after losing money often takes the strongest mind to get through.

Yes I agree with you for what you said, any professional gambler must have the ability to understand the kind of game he wants to play first before he can do anything. Without understanding the game, you can't do anything, you will not even know where to start with. When you want to play the game, you have to know the settings and and set the game to your taste then you start process. Understanding ability is the number one criteria for gambling.

and obviously the players are well aware of every risk.
if you try to compare with the statistics of gamblers, out of 100 people 99% are addicted and the players are well aware that they are addicted. this is inseparable from a sense of dissatisfaction, seeking the greatest profit. even I myself often have difficulty stopping the game when my balance is still quite a lot. So, according to the criteria you mentioned, will it work for everyone? I do not think so

A gambler needs to have the qualities mentioned above. But in reality, these qualities are very difficult to find in everyone. Many people never realize these things. I personally understand that many gamblers do not gamble for the sake of money but they enjoy their time when a bet is set. I have seen that some gamblers do not enjoy a live game unless they make a bet. Not everyone is equal. However, I believe that if a professional gambler adhere to the above points and gambles after mastering the virtues, then they will definitely get the success.

Gambling actually is ought to be a game for matured minds. Just being 18+ is not enough for any one to be able to get to start gambling anyway.
I'll just touch on greed on this note. It's one of the main problem why many gamblers haven't won a game all the time they find themselves into gambling. They just want to hit the sky immediately. Take this for example; my friend for the past weeks has been getting near-winning in his games lately.

And I observed it's because he always wants to accumulate much number of predictions into one game just to increase the potential winning amount , and at the end of the day he will observe that it was either the last two or three games he added to the whole games that destroyed his chances of winning.

Until every gambler understands that winning little by little in amount is way better than wanting to win a huge amount at a time, then gambling will be favourable to many gamblers cause that's chances of winning will be very big.

That’s two different thing because excitement is a feeling when we are having something we desire without wanting things that others own.

Really hard to stabilize your emotions in gambling. Maybe, if you don't care what the outcome is, win or lose, your emotions are intact. But if you are playing hoping that you will gain profit, that's a different scenario there. The OP's criteria for a good gambler is a real challenge for all gamblers. At one point in your gambling life, you will fail at least one of the items enumerated.

But yes it's true that you will be a good gambler by playing game. You have to build yourself first by gambling your self. That's why most of gambler lost fund at the beginning. So what's the difference between good gambler and being good in gambling? For me, good gambler is the one who can be good in gambling like what you explain. Basically good gambler should be good in all aspects such as money management, choosing decision when to start when to stop, and time management as well. That's what is called by good gambler in my opinion.

There is no room for us here if we are weak emotionally as gambling which suppose to bring fun in our life, it could do the opposite which worst thing could happen would ruin our life.
