That's good, and just as they have done this, a lot of people who are coming to the post office and seeing the flyers about Bitcoin will be curious to know what it's all about. That's how promotion works. Once they get home they will like to do research and learn about and also ask questions to understand what it's all about.

This is what the cryptocurrency community really needs, but unfortunately it's not like that in every country and there are even countries where the government is even fighting against cryptocurrency and trying to stop people from making use of it. I really hope other countries do what Croatia has done.

In the beginning it was just a pilot project and this service was available only in the 3 local post offices in Zadar.
Now, this service, crypto exchange, is available in all main post offices in Croatia, in every city in the country.

Does this mean that the Croatian government fully supports crypto?and how many currencies that supported by the Post office exchange?

i think this is the best diversion that every government must follow because nowadays Post office is starting to lose their functions as the telegrams and mails is not that being used by people because of the electronic options.

Hello everybody. Croatia's state postal service sells cryptocurrency - that's cool. This is how a state’s market economy should really work, and not deal with a ban. It doesn’t matter what 10 percent charge for the service. The market will force - they will reduce it. It’s immediately understandable, that means there is a demand. I believe that over time it will be like this everywhere, just someone is smarter and understands before that you can make money on this state. I can only say one thing, well done Croats.

This is an exchange service where the post office accept bitcoin and few more cryptocurrencies in exchange for fiat. There is nothing accessible through mail addresses. Croatian Post office offering such an exchange service gives more visibility to cryptocurrency in Croatia. Following the footprints more post offices around the globe might start similar services.

I don't think they you or your friends should wait for the official permission from the government in order to start some similar project in your country.
This project in Croatia started from one private company, not from the government.
They suggested business deal to the Croatian post and they accepted.
So, since Croatian post is state owned we can say that indirectly Croatian government accepted crypto but it's more business than political decision.
They sew possibility for the profit and accepted it.

I think that we can say that Croatian government accepts crypto indirectly through this project in the post offices.
It will help mass adoption of crypto in Croatia.
I heard that new goal is that we can buy crypto in the post offices what will be great.
Tax office also prepared and published opinion how to report and pay taxes on the crypto earnings.

"there's no need to carry a credit card anymore, its enough to have a cell phone with you" this is crazy, like kicking credit card, good advertise, and like bitcoin itself ask post office to advertise it. when all of people know about bitcoin, maybe no need to bring cc because you have all of you need in you phone, and it will kill cc soon

Wow, i think this might have been initiated some crypto enthusiast in Croatia. This is what we all should be doing in our own efforts, that is pushing for the acceptance of cryptocurrencies. I have been on a project with some colleagues of mine back home and i hope our banks will see a future in our proposal. Actually we are planing to operate as an OTC platform where people can purchase cryptocurrencies but we want to partner with one of the reputable banks in my country

This is one of the good news that we are waiting for. There are so many uses that we can do with Cryptocurrency and this is one of them. Croatian post office really did great in offering crypto exchange for real to help crypto enthusiast to make their transactions much easier.

This is absolutely brilliant step by Croatian post office and it indicates that Croatian government can fully adopt Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency payments in various departments if this is going to happen in near future then probably it will be a positive sign for Croatian crypto community.
