It is not recommended to own property if your financial capacity only means a standard salary, for example you are already an employee in a private company with a standard salary in your country of residence and you could experience job termination at any time if the company's financial condition is no longer healthy. Of course, this will be a burden on you in the future if you no longer have income. Instead of wanting to own the property when you make the initial installments, you will be stuck with the installments for the property.

If I had to choose, of course I would choose to invest in cryptocurrency, I would put my money in a coin that has quite good fundamentals, namely bitcoin, even though crypto has quite wild fluctuations, I am quite confident about this digital development in the future.  Investing in crypto doesn't require a large amount of capital to own it, just the small amount of money we have, we already have it, it's different with property, we have to have large enough capital for a down payment when initially purchasing the property and paying it in installments over a long period of time.

But as you said, bitcoin is very volatile and we cannot know what will happen in the future. No one knows when the bull season will come and how long the bear season will last. In case you invest in bitcoin and the bear season lasts for years, you will be stuck just like the real estate investment case you mentioned.

In general, any investment has its pros and cons and bitcoin is no exception. In addition, which assets to invest in will depend on each person's financial ability, plan, strategy and preferences. Giving advice to others is not a wise idea when we are not in the same situation and perspective.
Yes ,I totally agree with you . There is a broad criteria for investment in cryptocurrency . If someone has little amount of investment,he should invest in Altcoins and Altcoins have also drawbacks but these coins can also give returns more than your investment but you need to research the project and you should read the telegram messages and there will be the announcements. And you should also research on the project and should invest in the project which has good future and team of project is professional. There are many projects in the market which are very beneficial for the investors but they have to research on that project because there are also bad projects and you can lose your investment. Always DYOR!

First, to choose, I will consider the ability to generate profits, suitable and long-term time plans, volatility levels... both types of assets are suitable for the above factors, then I will choose real estate as the more reliable choice, real estate itself is a reliable, intuitive type and suitable for any situation, except for real estate that is chosen for investment because it has a very poor position. The value of profit fluctuations, real estate will be at a safe level, bitcoin will have a maximum value in the future but it can be complicated in the way you hold or preserve it.
Reliability: I would choose real estate. Profitability: I would choose bitcoin

Crypto investment vs real estate investment : Which one more dependable in the future
Though have been in the crypto space for quite some time now, I knew little about crypto. A friend of mine just introduced me to real estate investment.
Which one should I go for with a capital less than $2500?
There are several differences between real estate business and crypto business but these two is profitable will depend on our getting a good idea about the two types of investment.

Generally, we all know more or less about crypto investment that it is the most volatile because of which an investor can lose his investment money at any time and there is also a possibility of getting several times the return. On the other hand, there is no such volatility in a real estate business. Where profit is long term based but the possibility of loss is low.

Why should I choose cryptocurrency?

A person's investment depends entirely on himself. Before investing, of course, if someone invests after knowing about various things like skills and knowledge and risk-taking, then that investment will definitely be profitable. The most advanced version of investment at present is investing in cryptocurrency. Those who have learned about cryptocurrency have already become very interested in investing in this platform. Moreover, the emergence of cryptocurrency has just begun, which is why those who invest in this platform will get quick returns. In general, real estate business requires a large investment, where many are not able to make such an investment, on the other hand, even if you have a small amount of money, you can invest in crypto. I think investing in crypto is better than real estate business.

I’ve been in both spaces, and while crypto can offer quick gains, it can also be unpredictable. On the other hand, real estate can be a bit more stable, especially if you're working with smaller capital. I started investing in real estate a couple of years ago with under $2500. It wasn’t enough for a big purchase, but I partnered with a property manager San Jose from Valley Management Group who helped me get my feet wet with rental properties. They made it easy to understand the market and even helped with managing tenants. It’s been a slower but steadier path, and I’ve learned a lot along the way.

Real Estate indeed requires more proficiency compared to crypto. When you invest crypto, you have 1 or 2 choices if you want to on the safe side anyway. (it is either btc or eth). When you invest in Real Estate, there are many stuff you need to be aware of. Which area the property is in, who owns it, how are the neighbors, are there any legal problems with the property, how is the physical condition etc etc There are many questions you need to ask.

And then the tenants are a pain in the butt to deal with too. If you want a peace of mind, invest in crypto. It is invest and forget. Anybody can do that. Real Estate... it is damn troublesome.
Understandably, in terms of ease, difficulty and benefits gained, investing in crypto will be more comfortable for investors. The capital needed is not too large, and risk management is entirely under our own control, not related to third parties who bear the financing.
Well, if we talk about the good side of one, it also has the bad sides, and the same goes for the other, so we should just go for the one we know is good for us based on the money at hand, our literacy towards it and the investment plan we have (time span and others). If you have a small capital that can't even buy a small land, why not invest it in crypto? But you have to ensure a good experience also, it's not all crypto investments that are profitable.

For me, if I have enough capital, I will invest between 65-70% in real physical assets and 30-35% in cryptocurrency.

Quote
As for the other advantages, we can easily withdraw all or part of the money in the form of crypto without the need for stages and approval from other parties.
No business/investment will not involve another party, perhaps you wanted to say that the market is readily available for cryptocurrency, which is true.

Apart from all the factors you mentioned, I think one of the most important factors we should consider is the initial capital. As we all know, investing in real estate requires a lot of money and that can be considered as the biggest barrier that makes it difficult for people to access real estate. Meanwhile, investing in bitcoin is easier because we can start with any capital we have.

In OP's case, with a capital of 2k5$, I don't think he can invest in real estate with such a small capital. I don't know what OP's investment taste is but based on the amount of capital he has, investing in real estate is out of the question and I don't think he has any better options than bitcoin.

real estate investment is not easy to everybody, even if you have lots of money to invest but here a lot of things you have to face, strong man power, need physical office setup and many things, real estate investment is high profitable business but everyone can not start for big investment. in crypto any amount can invest small or large, and no hassle to withdraw in anytime.

Both are very important and it depends on the individual who will do which.
If one knows well about Bitcoin and is informed about the proper knowledge of investing then he should invest on Bitcoin.
If one has more knowledge and experience in real estate then he should spend his time in real estate business.
But you should never run two businesses at the same time because it is not possible to handle two businesses alone.

First of all, understanding the investment that we will carry out is a very important thing for anyone, because it is very unlikely that someone will be able to run an investment well if they do not understand well about investment, because anyone who runs an investment certainly hopes for the benefits of running an investment and if they do not understand well of course they cannot make a profit from the investment they run aforementioned.

I think someone will be more profitable if they choose to run both investments but they must also be able to master the investment well, but if we do not have enough funds to run real asset investments then we can first invest in Bitcoin according to the ability we have and can choose to survive in the long term in anticipation of profits from the investment.

Why not invest in both if you can afford it? "Don't put all your eggs in one basket" I think you are familiar with this saying because any investment has risks and diversification is always considered as the solution to help us minimize risks.

I guess a lot of people here are just focused on investing in bitcoin because most of us don't have much capital and want to grow our assets quickly, including me. But for those with large and significant capital, I think diversification is necessary and mandatory because everything has risks and anything can happen.

Crypto investment vs real estate investment : Which one more dependable in the future
Bitcoin and real estate are good assets to protect against inflation, both are profitable, but one of the factors that hinders real estate investment is the large amount of capital required. Investors can acquire Bitcoin with any capital (Buy a lot at once or Make purchases with average capital consistently). Bitcoin is also one of the crypto assets that has the highest and international liquidity, is very difficult to confiscate or steal, its scarcity with only 21 million pieces available to be mined makes Bitcoin have increasingly good prospects in the long term because of its increasing demand.

If you are planning to buy Real estate with limited capital in a certain location that is not strategic, it is better to switch plans to invest in Bitcoin. When the price increases, you can sell it to buy real estate in a strategic location. So my answer is, Bitcoin is more reliable when viewed in terms of convenience or regarding the minimum investment amount.

Cryptocurrency are very risky due to their high volatility so if any one should consider between investing in cryptocurrency and real estate, except it is Bitcoin that is an asset that one can invest on and have peace of mind but if it involves other cryptocurrency other than Bitcoin then the real estate investment is preferable because even though it has it's own challenges but it is a very lucrative investment that the proceeds are very huge just that it requires a huge amount of money to invest in real estate of which not everyone can be able to acquire a real estate business but for crypto assets like Bitcoins, you can be investing with little amount from time to time and own a huge investment in it.
Theirs no investment that doesn't involve risk, cryptocurrency investment is more profitable than real estates, so whatever we are doing we should know that risky is what goes with investment, so investment of real estate and investment of Bitcoin both of them is a risky business, because sometimes when you purchase a for your real estate instead of the land keep appreciating the land will neither decrease, sometimes too after real estate build their house, base on the environment people will refuse to rent or buy their apartment, so their is so many disadvantages of real estate.

My wife and I are doing both. She invests in real estate and I try to invest in crypto, where I have more expertise. She's a realtor, and I feel like that's a big advantage cause she knows the market very well and her predictions are always accurate. Look into what is exp realty if you want access to resources, tools, training, support, and community in the real estate industry.
I love the combo, indeed if it's possible to do both then go for it. But the choice is based on the information you gather from your research extensively, and asking people who have been in this field for long. One advantage of crypto investment over real estate is the startup fund. You could start with a reasonable amount of fund, but with real estate, you need to have enough, and even backup, so you will not be broke when you are done investing.

On the other hand real estate profits because it's a physical asset. You can check out your asset, monitor the progress, but the crypto market is very volatile. If you are not very comfortable with online things, maybe because of the volatile market, because of how the online space is always changing, you could go for a physical investment. Which is real estate, that you can see, that you can monitor, and you make sure you are investing with a very legit company, you are working with a very legit agent, you do all your confirmation before you invest your money.

Also, if you have enough funds, you could do fifty-fifty. You could put some money online on crypto and you could put some on real estate investment. It's not bad to diversify your funds. But for the fact that crypto investment can really pump up, I like investing in crypto, plus it's a digital asset I  can carry anywhere. But in real estate, if there are some cases where you have to relocate, you might not be able to move with your property unless you trust someone to monitor it for you. Do your table of priority and then choose.

Both investments require financial strength. If individuals have a high level of economic status, they can act more comfortably in determining their investment preferences. Economic strength offers people many options in terms of investment and gives them the chance to evaluate the opportunities that arise in the market.

Real estate investment is usually profitable and preferred a lot. It is among the first choices of people who like to invest in something physical. Crypto investment is an investment choice that can bring high profits and has some risks. Rather than choosing between crypto and real estate investment, I prefer to use both investments if possible.

The combination of you and your wife in two different investments like that is very extraordinary if you and your wife can experience more benefits in crypto and real estate. Because of the two investment methods that you run together with your wife, they are investments that are very common and have been run by many other people in this world so you can continue to do it as long as you and your wife do not have any interference from other things while doing different things like that. I also like investing in real estate, but for now I am still more focused on crypto because I think the current crypto market conditions are still good enough to be utilized and Bitcoin is still the best investment choice for the long term.

talking about dependability, crypto is arguably more dependable in my opinion, can't really live off real estate investment without it yielding high enough which actually is rare but just investing in crypto when market dips already give enough profit to make a living, but this is just from my experience. especially if OP's investment is about $2500 I think crypto will yield faster.
What data do you rely on to say that cryptocurrencies are dependable? A new market, not yet popular and not yet accepted worldwide. How can a market with a market capitalization of $1 trillion with daily liquidity of less than $100 billion compare to a market with a market capitalization of hundreds of trillions of dollars with liquidity 100 times that of the crypto market?

Not to mention, real estate can generate passive income and this investment will also increase in value over time because the demand for it will never stop. Does cryptocurrency give you passive income? Is there any guarantee that you will make a profit if you invest in shitcoin? Even if you invest in bitcoin, do you know exactly when it will give you a profit? Do you have experience investing in real estate?

But you are right, with a capital of 2500$ it is not enough and not suitable for real estate investment, so investing in cryptocurrency will be suitable for OP.

My friend, just do what has become familiar to you, something new sometimes does not change the circumstances of your journey will be better later on even more losses than benefits. Do not be tempted by invitations even though your friends have recommended buying this, buying that is good now with the capital as you wrote above. But, there are exceptions and you can do it if your friend only suggests buying BTC or ETH. just do it now.
