besides making ART, BEER and writing some guide-drafts (maybe somebody even remembers https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.13141509 ), I've been working on the graphical interface to look at CK's offer history. I've now deployed a (free server) prototype at:

There are some fatal bugs still in it, and some items clog it up really bad (Beware! HM02B100 is one of these unfortunately atm), but there might already be something interesting there. It's also been a learning process to me. Feel free to test it if you find it interesting. Sadly the free server hosting is very limited and I think even simultaneous users creates issues as it is. In case this happens to take off somehow, I've created the character (corporation) "Jester Corp" to handle issues related to these tools in the future.

Okay, and since I'm in the BEER business, BEER is of course very interesting:



You can really tell the BEER business became alive upon release of Church's monopoly on BEER on 4th of December (post here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.13150346 ). (The buy orders for example here are really skewed by otila who wants to buy 1 million units of beer for 1 monereto each, thus dire need for customizations in these plots...)

In both MEAT and BEER you actually notice a funny weekend effect - since the Consumer has to fulfill quota by the end of the week, you can see quite a hike every time there's a quota to be reported *cough cough*; for example, Dec 13th; and the rise by 18th (didn't have time to parse the database further yet to this weekend).

The current database spans couple weeks of offers for buy/sale. Hope you find the tool prototype interesting!

New Wines, Spirits and new IC conversion table

RON 10,000 exist -- Town has answered the pleas of the RUM-thirsty citizens. The last time rum came to town was in 1604 as a result of the endeavors of explorer groups led by HH SirJacket and (then) Marquess of Tavastia. Now as a result of skilled negotiation, this entry-level RON is available at a very affordable price as follows (tax paid):
* 5000 units will be sold in a manually operated Dutch auction in the following 72 hours starting at 200k and going no lower than 150k regardless of the possible lack of bids
* when the auction ends, all Town asks will be cleared and reset so that 1000 units will be offered at the approximate midprice of the units sold during the auction and 1000 units always at 10k higher so that all are put into the market in a ladder-like formation.

W1615P  Port Wine 10,000 exist -- Since it is unusual to get our hands on this sweet wine, it will be sold in the similar fashion as RON (tax paid):
* 8000 units will be sold in a manually operated Dutch auction in the following 72 hours starting at 120k and going no lower than 40k regardless of the possible lack of bids
* when the auction ends, all Town asks will be cleared and reset so that 1000 units will be offered at the approximate midprice of the units sold during the auction and 1000 units always at 10k higher so that all are put into the market in a ladder-like formation.
* Owners of COH will get 1*W1615P as a special gift since King said that Port Wine is the natural accompaniment with quality cigars.

W1618W  White Wine 6,000 exist -- Germanian growers have labored to bring about a quite voluminous yet moderate quality vintage that is given to the owners of S-WW.


IC conversions in 1619 (conversions will be in force for 6*24 hours starting from next midnight UTC)

IC consumes 100 and more at a time => ART (contact Syksy to have it new&created)

All IC divisible by 30 => TS161 as previously (last time this item is available - Mooo will create automatically)

Other sums of IC => 25*CIG per IC. NOTE: CIG will have import tax of 10,000 m/CIG which will be collected from all owners of CIG after the conversion period. To credit the tax to current owners, CIG has been given a dividend of 10,000 m - Mooo is responsible for conversion)

The list of Favorite Items is selling adspace!

Many have hopefully noticed the customizable list of Favorite Items, where you can put items whose price you want to follow by clicking the star next to the item name. There are also sticky items definable by admin. If for whatever reason you want to raise the awareness of a certain item, by paying 10 mil to the Town, you will get it stickied for 1 week

Smooth QC (Brewery) report, dividend

The new brewery is in full operation. We've purchased 24q of land for the facilities, 12q for immediate production and 12q for future expansion. We also have full funding set aside for construction. The license has been acquired and all shares sold in the secondary offering have been paid for and delivered. There is an additional 300 mil available for working capital and expansion, with a portion of that invested in CON for income.

Finally I have been looking at disposing of unneeded assets when this can be done at attractive prices.

We've sold all of the first week's beer at an approximate selling price of 5000, with 2000 being the production cost. Thus the gross profit is 30 mil, of which 90% has been distributed as a dividend (15761 per share). The remaining 10% is being held back for unclear expenses such as tax.

We are midway through the second week with more than half of our production sold in the same price range. Thus the second week dividend should be similar. Beyond that depends on the health of the BEER market.

Onk had to ask the elaborately dressed man at the poorhouse door to repeat. I misheard, he thought. I must have.

"His Majesty the King...", the messenger started again.

As Onk started to realize he had in fact understood correctly the first time, a wave of euphoria took over and he laughed heartily, startling the messenger who was delivering the King's word.

Suddenly, Onk realized that he could, at least for a time, raise above his daily struggle to find enough food to keep his health from deteriorating too much. For a few years, he'd have the means to buy enough MEAT, maybe some FOIE, and perhaps more. A house of his own maybe ? Or perhaps it'd be wise to keep some of the windfall stashed away.

When the messenger left, Onk looked down at the heavy, shiny coin cupped in his hands. It still felt like a dream. Closing his hand over the coin, Onk went inside and thought. Well, it wouldn't be long before the coin would find its away to a willing buyer in the gold market. A royal gift may be something to keep in normal circumstances, but these wweren't normal circumstances. Onk put on his coat and strode resolutely towards the marketplace.

Crypto Kingdom Beautification Project!


As briefly mentioned previously, we have the capability to add wallpaper images to the Town Maps in the platform.  Those of you who are adept in pixel art/Tile mapping can help us out to create nice wallpaper images to overlay on the map.  I have created a couple to show the capability, but we are interested to see if any of you can come up with another style or better quality work than me

We are open to additional styles or designs, but we would like them to be usable throughout the game going forward if possible.

Zech's investment picks 1618

So much is happening with the game, and the progress is very gradual and contained. Town is in good financial shape; gamemaster, admins, and dev are committed and well-resourced. New players are trickling in with 14 new accounts opened in the last 2 weeks. And this is before we have made any attempt to market the game since the "last touches" are still ongoing.

CON is a clear winner as the confidence increases. It will pay fixed XMR dividends as long as the game exists, and this is looking very good now. Since it is denominated in XMR, you get the appreciation of XMR/other_currency fully to your pocket as well!

NPC are in the process of being phased out but they are powerhouses of especially CUL, IC and SCI for their owners until they die (5% individual chance per year). Their yield data is public in the thread and in the ancient google DB. Shrewd market makers can make a buck here.

Old Town land  Much is being owned by unclaimed characters (in contrast to rather little gold being owned by them - land was cheap or free when these guys were active). After claims deadline in 2016-1-17, this land will come to market and price might be pressured, presenting an opportunity.

Ancient items and tokens There have not yet been much markets for these, but it's somewhat evident to my trained mind that antiques will be a hit after a few thousand / 10k players, as there are so few available, so accumulation from estate sales will be rewarding.

New chapelries  I can't believe there are so many still for sale at 1,000 mil; it's as if people did not realize the next ring is double the distance from Old Town and resultantly worse in every way and costs the same??

B.22 On both sides of this one, land is very coveted, so it is just logical that this one is not. False By participating in the weekly challenges, approx 100 sqm of very fine land is yours (per share), and that can be got for the cost of the effort almost...

CAN So many visions of an epic future challenge related to CAN have been received that it is for sure that a steady accumulation will pay off. 10,000 CAN will come to market each day. Don't be left out when some day CAN costs its weight in gold (editor's note: situation in 2015).

CKG Especially for new players who don't yet have it: More than half of the value of the game is in CKG and for a good reason - it is indestructible, untamperable, shiny, fungible, pays dividends, gives voting rights and appreciates in value (historically). A healthy chunk of gold belongs to every portfolio.

The Royal Holiday Fund would like to reward:

The Wizard Developer P.J. for making many advancements that are shrouded in mystery, most recently the script that promotes the NPC to higher levels. The Wizard is rewarded a rare coin ZE1600T and 2x HM1600J coin.

HH of North Face and Marquess of White Cross. A passer by on the street heard heated discussion from inside a house and recognized the voices of North Face and White Cross. The gossip got more steam after another passer by found a crumpled paper from the pavement just outside the house, on it depicted a map of houses, roads and parks with frolicking sheep and patches of CAN. We don´t yet know more of it for certain, but it seems these great men are hard at work for some big ideas, and they receive a HM1600J coin each. (and there are plenty more where those came from, once we hear more definite news from this front)

The HungryMob. The NPC are ensuring our advantages in science and culture, and sometimes sacrificing their lives on duty, like some did recently for B.22. HM1600J coin rewarded for their heroic acts.

Jmixtli is a newcomer to Crypto Kingdom and does not yet have much merit, but he is working very hard to learn all about the game, to assist in the development of our great Kingdom in the future. HM1600J coin rewarded.

James Daniel and I may have mind-melded briefly after consuming AYA last evening! What a marvelous thought to give such a gift to one as esteemed as Susanne Tarkowski Tempelhof, the "chief unicorn"! Another suitable gift may be conceived after more AYA consumption.
