Basically the answer is that this very good for us. If more and more people will be engage in crypto, it means that there will be more investment. If more investment, more people will buy coins, alts, ICO or BTC. More buyers means more demands, if there will be more demands price will go high. If more people are using crypto, more companies will also accept it as mode of payment, again more demand = price of coins will go high.

We should be careful to not measure the success of crypto based solely on the new money influx. The most fundamental thing, the tech itsef must be mature enough to be used in real world use case scenario (in terms of scalability,security,ease of access) otherwise it's just an experimental digital currencies.

Personally, I do not see that many new people come. Capitalization of the market does not increase, which means that there is only "old money" in the market. On the contrary, I think that people leave the market, because they are tired of waiting for the growth to begin. For new people to come to the market, they need to see that the trend is upward and that if you buy Bitcoin now, then you will sell it in time more expensively.
