Fraud exists regardless of the existence of cryptocurrencies and will continue to exist. I see no reason to worry, because it is impossible to get rid of fraud, but thanks to knowledge and caution, each of us can protect ourselves from most types of fraud as much as possible.

After ICO trending, there were a lot of fraud projects going on every day.

There is no effective solution to overcome the fraud on ICO, even ICO that you think is good can commit fraud moreover ICO that have bad reputation. My advice is to avoid investing on ICO, because at this time it's difficult to see which is a scam project and good project. After ICO trending, there were a lot of fraud projects going on every day.

Hmmm. I don't know if you heard about IEO though? I think its great that it is ran behind on top of most crypto exchanges so far. And I think this is a great solution to the current issues with ICO right now. I don't know though what solution you have in mind. Now that crypto is allowing us to transact globally I am questioning if we are going to start to see more scams happen between countries. Do we need more compliance companies to step in to help major scams and illegal trafficking?

People will manipulate people to trust them, they will set up dubious projects to gain their trust, the use of dummy account has been very rampant, we really need regulations and compliances.
Crypto scam is already becoming a global threat. Everyone wants to scam if you are not careful enough to secure your own assets. Probably your closest friends would scam you if they were not happy of what they got so far. So, just be careful to everyone.
Where is wealth there will always be a thief. Crypto scam is a global issue because the wide area covered by the crypto enthusiasts, but still the problem is strictly resumed to individuals or small teams of scammers. All what we can do is being smarter by aquiereing as much info as possible about any campaign we want to get involved in to.
When dealing with Crypto, you must accept it with always having scammers around you. Because trading with Crypto is an anonymous transaction, this has the disadvantage that you will not get money back when you are scammed.
Also Crypto is not accepted in some countries so you will not be protected.

Why not? Crypto currency is widely accepted to the people for doing invest, making more profit and trading by doing analysis etc. I think people all over the world almost know about it and there some people connected and some aren't. If any project do scam after their tokensale and already invested a huge amount of money by investor then the whole money or investment will go in vain. A project isn't for a country only, it has its own roadmap to promote their project widely.
Though scammers are everywhere. We need to keep an eye on the project deeply where you think to invest.
That's a Global issue, and it is increasing over time. We have common issues here in our country; wherein some groups encourage to invest their money in Bitcoin with a higher return. Guess what? After getting the money, they ran away. If some investors will let other people invest for them without knowing that it is a scam, then the problem is them. People want to gain, but they do not want to learn. They lack of initiative to study on their own so that people will not fool them about investing in the crypto world.

The fact is that earlier cryptocurrency fraud only spread to ico companies that became very popular after 2016. But as the interest of people in the cryptocurrency market increases, many find a way to abuse the capabilities of the cryptocurrency and often do so to the detriment of the state. I think that government agencies will very strictly fight this.

The government understand that there's more stupid people in crypto because they also got misinform and tempted to make money in an easy way. More stupid people = more scammers

It`s like that, I totally agree with you about people, some people fall even on the simplest scams, they don`t even do basic research where they invest, they do it without any thinking, and when someone invests like that most likely that person will be scammed very often.

Crypto scam is really global issue so i think they need put some regulations especially that to some project...Its easy to make or build fake project i hope they look about that. The best we can do right to avoid to be scammed is to be careful anytime and be vigilant.
Government arent ready to regulate it because they cant see any rules that they should imply for the smooth process of regulations and also they dont want to regulate it as of now because maybe they cant see any threat using cryptocurrency despite of lots of scam project arises.

I'd say scam is the main problem of crpyto rn
Scam is happening not just in cryptoworld, this is the problem ever since before the entry of cryptomarket. It can't be resolve because its the nature of people to become greedy, if there's a new kind of investment for sure scammers will study that and start scamming people. Cryptocurrency is vulnerable for that, no excuse and I believe its now time for every investor to know if the project is a scam or not.
Every year, millions of new users are making their entry in the world of cryptocurrency. Some of them study about the currency and the past scams, and are therefore prepared.
