Now that crypto is allowing us to transact globally I am questioning if we are going  to start to see more scams happen between countries. Do we need more compliance companies to step in to help major scams and illegal trafficking?

2018 happened a lot of scam projects. It is really a big problem and bounty hunters speak out for it. It seems that the exchange founders have realized this injustice and formally established a new calling method, the IEO.
Now projects listed on exchange always make us feel secure. This is true. No more scams.

Yes, we need regulatory bodies to step in so that scam will be forgotten in crypto world. A lot of projects have free hand because they are not under any regulation whatsoever. Therefore, in order to stop scam, these bodies most be put in place.
I agree with you because the existence of regulations governing the eradication of fraud in the crypto world, to develop crypto will be faster and surely also more and more will come back to believe it too, because many years ago there were many people who left crypto because of a lot of fraud which harms as many people as possible

As long as money is involved, there will be scams worldwide Smiley.

This is global issue but there are some ways to prevent getting scammed.
-Make a research first regarding the investment you want to invest your money with.
-Don't get attracted to an investment that gives too-good-to-be-true monthly interest.
-Just don't invest your money

As long as there is massive inequality scams will happen.  People are desperate to survive and companies aren't paying enough so people have to resort to any means necessary.  Blame the system and not the people subjected to it.
If people are not getting their fair money or payment it does not means they will adopt unfair means for achieving the money, it is really bad to scam other people. We can beat scamming problems with being wise for not sharing our information with anyone, use proper wallet to store our bitcoin, and never listen to the whales, just focus on your aim of investing.

yes we must have a aim that makes confidence increase, always be vigilant because realizing scam is a global problem is also a good way. so even though scams are something scary but on the other hand there are still many proven projects and we should only invest in famous projects to keep everything safe

Well its true scam are major problem in crypto space. Crypto makes all of transactions between each country seems easier and many people use this thing to scam people. I think we do need regulations that could protect us but transactions using cryptocurrency is hard to be detect even though its seems to be transparant.

the development of crypto sometimes results in many people sometimes using the development of crypto for their own sake, without thinking about the state or society in each country. because that's the thing that is also quite disturbing to the residents. because the act of fraud is a very detrimental act. but sometimes a cheater doesn't think long before acting further.

This is the motivation why some countries are pushing for a regulatory body that will be responsible with the flow of cryptocurrency. we cannot afford that this intelligent platform be used by some people for their reckless deeds on trafficking money. Regulations will help stop or if not, will lessen the probability of scams thus protecting the interests of the investors as well as the users as well.

The owner of bitconnect.com got arrested in India for $14,000,000,000 ponzi scheme using bitcoins.
I know that bit connect development was discontinued but I never knew it was related to scam because I never really heard of that, but if it’s true, that is really big investment scam there, and could be one of the reasons why India banned the use of cryptocurrency in India and also came up with punishment for its adopter, that was really huge amount of money there, but what we are not certain of now is if the money has left Bitcoin market or still in Bitcoin market.

If the money is still in Bitcoin, who would claim the ownership or would it be refunded back to?Donors? which I am sure they will not get. Let’s see how the government of India will pull the money out of the market.

What kind of company can do that, and how can they implement this, this is a peer to peer transactions, scams are a global issue even when Bitcoin is not yet created we have seen so many scam hyip and MLM but itis higher now, now that Cryptocurrency has been used as a medium because it is easy and hard to trace.

indeed until now fraud is very difficult to overcome. because the longer the fraud grows in every country, and it is very troubling for many people of course. because finding a solution to overcome fraud is indeed quite difficult.

Yeah, right! Finding the solution can be very difficult because fraudsters most of the time can get away with it, they become smart in scamming people, I think they devoted their life just to scam people. Crypto can be associated with fraud since most transactions are done online and it doesn't have much regulation to protect user so users should be responsible of their keys.

The scams in my opinion will still be there and this will still be difficult to eliminate completely because some of the things in crypto also seem to support that as well as anonymity itself. This makes some identities to trace these frauds difficult and ambiguous

Its possible for cryptocurrency to be a global issue since it is part of financial system in every country. Some of the countries made cryptocurrency as forbidden because it is also a factor wherein people make crimes. Cryptocurrency used as a tool to have money laundering as well as scamming. So therefore, it will become part of global issue.

Scammers are a global issue ever since and not Cryptocurrency itself, everyday there are people who scams other people so this isn't new in our world and especially to the digital world were we can transact fast enough. We make mistakes and decision in our daily lives and getting scam is preventable if only just study first what we are into and not gullible to what's too good to be true.

Scammers are not only related to crypto related. Scammers are everywhere and they exploit the loopholes where ever they find them. In most of the cases I would make responsible the end user who is the victim of scam for not following the golden rules of safety and not securing himself.

That is why there are more and more countries that are regulating the use of it to avoid the use in black market and save both big investors and small individuals who can be preys to those hungry scammers. Governments are not much affected with this issues so they care less but the moment they see a big potential in adopting it they will issue some safety precautions in making it safe both for people and for them.

this is a big issue, that will be difficult to solve.... I think that there are several factors surrounding this matter, including users education, massification of use, regulations, etc...
Time will bring increased massification, and at first the scam rate will boom, but when people get used to crypto, the scams will fall into the same numbers that we see on fiat world...
We are still toddlers.... and there is a large transition period ahead...
for the entire cryptocurrency community, several hundred cryptocurrency funds are already known, which were formed after the increased indicators of the cryptocurrency market.  It is the majority of such cryptocurrency funds that deals with large-scale manipulations in the cryptocurrency market, fundraising. Here is the investor and other actions that are mostly not illegal or violate the general rule of the cryptocurrency market.  Kys Although, because of this, it is necessary to activate the fight with such funds, it is difficult to do this, because such funds organize their activities in those countries where certain regulatory processes are involved.
