yes, cryptocurrency will be a means of payment in the future. Perhaps in the future all stores will use crypto, because it is easier and also faster for transactions. you can buy a cup of coffee using bitcoin, hahaha .... it's amazing.
May be sooner we will be there but this is a good sign of the implementation of bitcoin as a currency globally. Since as we all know, a lot of cryptocurrencies present right now weren't intended to be investmebts but instead was designed to become decentralized internet currencies thaf could be used. I think that the adoption of cryptocurrency in stores will happen much earlier than 2025, the development is happening at a very high speed, so expect the appearance of cryptocurrency in the calculations can be much faster.
its already accepted by some shops, but still many peoples/organizations/governments have concern on cryptocurrency, we are still at the begining of this technology, peoples need time to adapt to cryptocurrency after that it might be used as a payment system ..
I think it should be applied around 2020. There are too many known cryspons and market capitalization. We should use these coins to pay off and end the cash era here. this is my opinion.
Basically, we are talking in general about crypto currencies being adopted as payment system not just bitcoin. I agree that bitcoin has scalability and liquidity issue and cannot be used as mode of payment for daily needs, but there are coins in the crypto market such as XRP, NEO, Waves, etc. that have high scalability and can process thousands of transactions per second with either no fees or minimum fees. Though, I think neither of the crypto’s will be used as currency as long as they are based on decentralized platform and remain volatile.

Wow... That's good news. Right now, cryptocurrency shows a promising innovation in our society. It redefines our view on our payment system. Accepting it in shops will show how convenient it is use. The most important part I have taken from it, if the crypto won`t be safer and won`t get enough protection from hackers it won`t be used even in 2030 or whatever. The sooner people come up with a great protection system the sooner we`ll use crypto in our everyday life.
I think it will happen much earlier around 2020-2022, it is just a matter of of regulation, legalization and registeration of the cryptocurrencies by the bigger countries and then we will see that crypto will become unstoppable, most countries are planning to complete these regulations within this year, so im bullish about market for long term.
No it is not a matter of regulation it is a matter of getting people to adopt bitcoin, do you really think that what it is stopping the average person to adopt bitcoin are the laws of a country, what it is stopping people is that there are not a lot of reasons to adopt bitcoin right now, since there is not much you can do with it but when that changes people will do anything to get a bitcoin which is why we are holding our bitcoin right now.
