Straight off the terms and conditions page, according to CryptoDouble they "guarantee" the payments under the terms stipulated in the payments section. So if anybody has been pending longer than 12 hours, it's a breach of contract. Also 4.2 states that technical issues or downtime will not affect payouts so they cannot blame this either.

I am sure that Crypto Double will get things going again. I just got a short time ago my payout from http://www.paycoinponzi.com/ it was 25% so I am happy now, they said the servers where upgraded or something and all balances intact so anyone invested should get there investment.
