Current jackpot is 0.5 that is not really a jackpot it is 100x minimum qualifying bet it is usually lower.

Thats not true. You receive 100% of the jackpot if your risk amount is above 0.005 BTC. If you bet below this amount you will receive
proportionate share of the jackpot, but minimum of 1%
In the jackpots list some users won a proportional share of 0.1%,

We raised the minimum because we also thought it was too low. They won the Jackpot and got their share according to current Jackpot rules at the time.
If your risk taken (or win amount) is 90% of 0.005, you will recieve 90% of jackpot. If its 78.54% you will recieve 78.54% of the jackpot.
So the max amount you can get is 99.99% when you bet with a win amount 0.00499999
