I wanted to know can I win for example 50% of the total jackpot.

For 100% of jackpot you need to risk at least 0.005 btc
For 50% of jackpot you need to risk at least 0.0025 btc
For 10% of jackpot you need to risk at least 0.0005 btc
For 1% of jackpot you need to risk at least 1 satoshi

Risk is bet amount * (payout - 1)

If you bet 0.005 btc on payout 2 you get 100% of jackpot
If you bet 0.0005 btc on payout 11 you get 100% of jackpot
If you bet 0.00005 btc on payout 101 you get 100% of jackpot

We raised the minimum because we also thought it was too low. They won the Jackpot and got their share according to current Jackpot rules at the time.

If your risk taken (or win amount) is 90% of 0.005, you will recieve 90% of jackpot. If its 78.54% you will recieve 78.54% of the jackpot.
So the max amount you can get is 99.99% when you bet with a win amount 0.00499999BTC.
See...we don't need tiers since we pay out propotrional (as it is written in Jackpot rules inside FAQ).

We changed that later to 1%.
Last jackpot had only 1 satoshi bet

You can win anything between 1-100%. It's proportionate.
