I experience those issues when visiting through a web-proxy, but you're not using one of those, are you?
Tried using a different browser or if you have a dynamic IP address switching it?

You can bet 0.007 on x100 or 7.0 on 1.1 (thats for dice).
On slot the max bet is 0.005, what would result in an 4BTC max win (Jackpot with max bet)
On blackjack, the max bet is 0.02BTC on a single hand.
