How many percent gaps of rate difference, in average?
What would be your base line to determine that against?
One of the possible conversions would be depositing EOS to get ETH.
Current markets for EOS/ETH range from 0.019926 (hotbit) over 0.020182 (fatbtc), (Bibox) 0.020023, all the way up to 0.02004713 (DigiFinex).
That's nearly a 1% difference in exchange prices depending on where you look up the rate already. Which of those do you use if you attempt to determine the "percent gaps" for CoinSwitch?

As of right now, depositing EOS for ETH would give you a rate of 0.01986442 using CoinSwitch.
Which one of the previously listed rates you compare that to makes a big difference in the "percent gap" you get as a result of your calculation.

Sounds great convenience to come for gamblers on Crypto-Games site, because from now on they can use their coins they have in wallets, then make deposites to the site, and with CoinSwitch integration, their coins will be switched to one of 30 available coins on Crypto-Games. Let say you have forgot your account main password  and you forgot your email as well (due to hacks or any other reason), does that mean you can't create new account?
You can(technically), but if i'm in that situation the best thing to do is to contact them from different platforms (email, bitcointalk, twitter, discord). The only good time to create an account is when one of the admins is in their chat(still not recommended because you can always wait). If others already made a second account they shouldn't don't do anything with it other than using the chat. They used to unblock accounts with cases of multi accounting i'm not sure if the same is still done today and it could depend on each case.

Why is having more than 1 account againts with CG's rules?

To prevent abuse (faucet/self-ref). These are the main reasons people use multiple accounts. I mean why else would anyone have more than 1 account? Smiley

Your 2 previous accounts still got locked (might be banned?), that's why you can't play with create another new account.

Why is having more than 1 account againts with CG's rules? As long as you aren't abusing anything (e.g faucet, giveaway, rain) or doing something suspicious, it shouldn't be a problem IMO.

I got the answer from the support I had two old accounts that I tried in the beginning many months ago, then with this account that lasted a year I was understanding the game and I was winning and they blocked me, after a year now that I had to withdraw the winnings coincidence and they told me that I can no longer play what you think?
Your explanation is so confusing, you created two accounts "many months" ago then you have a this winning account which could be the first account because the other two was only months ago and mentioned that account lasting for over a year before it got blocked.

Their withdrawal system noticed there's a link between other accounts. I don't see anything wrong with that because on other casinos i've played on I was also blocked with the same reason but they eventually let my account go after further investigation.

You first claimed there was no reason for your accounts to be blocked.
Then you admitted that you had been given a reason, having multiple accounts, but said that couldn't possibly be true.
Now you admit to having multiple accounts, but they are "old" and somehow the rules shouldn't apply to you due to that?

I have a feeling you haven't been fully honest with us from the beginning, and I suspect you still are not.
You've been moving the goalposts every time some details emerged that didn't fit your story.

The two key details I can take from your posts are:
1) you admit to having more than one account.
2) having more than one account is against the ToS, and they state that your accounts will be deactivated if you do so, which is what happened.

I don't know what else you want to achieve in this discussion.

You might disagree with that and claim they are wrong, but you cannot say they aren't giving you any reason.
They gave you a reason. You might claim they are wrong, but that's something you should discuss in private with them,
since it will include personal details related to your account and connected accounts, that should not be shared in public.
