The fee you pay on Crypto-Games is calculated per 0.5 kB, which means that if the slider shows 7200 sat, your transaction will be processed with around 14k sat per kB. With that info you can check estimated time on this website: https://bitcoinfees.earn.com. It of course all depends on the bitcoin network status, so I wouldn't recommend lowest fee if you're in a hurry and you don't want to take a risk that your transaction get stuck for days. Even if there aren't many unconfirmed transaction, a few slow blocks and you're screwed.

I haven't withdrawed from crypto-games recently but i've used their lowest withdrawal fee once and remember it took me a couple of days. Today the network isn't full there's only a few thousands of unconfirmed transactions and the recommended is 10k satoshi per 1kb. Even with the lowest fee confirmations shouldn't be a problem most likely it'll come within a couple of blocks or the next block if your transaction is lucky enough to get picked.
