I believe that these types of entertainment and it is absolutely a waste of time, especially when it comes to the need for financial investments, it all reminds me of a financial pyramid that was successfully disguised as a cryptocurrency game. I can recommend anyone to stay away from these types of entertainment.

This game reminds me of a similar old "golden bird". Only there with ordinary money and this with cryptocurrency. At first, the old pyramid on new technologies. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Have any of you guys tried playing cryptokitties? The gist is you breed cats and sell rare breeds, all using Ethereum. No shitty altcoin or anything scammy. If you actually have the time, it is quite profitable.

I believe this game only goes further to show the potential of Ethereum to reach heights bitcoin has never known.

It's been a game I've never been interested in. I did a little bit of research about what it was, and that's all. I have never used my friend who did not use around me. I don't know what the accuracy is, but thanks to this game, the rumors that the Ethereum price has risen dramatically is not returning to the market. If such games continue to be produced and have such a serious impact, the market can certainly be revived, but I do not think that a new game can be made that will have such an impact. I'm also not interested in those who earn serious income through this game.
In any case, ethereum has much greater potential than Bitcoin. And I am sure that many developers of good projects, including gambling, will be able to take advantage of these opportunities. Today this field of activity is quite profitable and fashionable.

Yes good creative games are needed and preferable ones that will not bring down the entire ethereum network due to congestion! Shows that ethereum is in desperate need of getting the Constantinople fork done asap

We need more blockchain games to support each others assets. Would be huge to be able to bring my assets across various games.

I still cannot get why exactly these game have become so popular. There were tons of games on blockchain, but none of them got such a hype as Crypto Kitties. There were some kitties that were worth 20 tausend bucks.

Like all CryptoKitties, WIRED’s new mascot is more than a cute cat and a line of code:

Will the CryptoKitties cause a huge backlog in eth transactions? I hope the eth network has improved and can handle more traffic now.

finally you can play with your cryptokitties and not only collect them. that is really good news and could breathe new life into cryptokitties. so far it has been a bit boring but this new opportunity to use your cryptokitties is a good development.

I am interested. Maybe a quick link or a short walkthrough of how it works would help?

Also, I see it requires the use of metamask for chrome. Is metamask a safe plugin to use? Will it not track my private key and possibly take my ETH?
I believe that using a metamask extension on this game is safe, rather than inputting your private key just to access your account and play the game. Because it is more risk of being stolen your funds due to possible phishing.

CryptoKitties is a nice project, but now it looses its popularity.

But the team doesn't stop and now they are entering in different partnerships for future development.

I like partnership with Tokenville the most and their comic-show Crypto Detective

Also, they launched another interesting story (legend) The Crypto Treasures, recommend you to read!
