I seem to be stuck in recaptcha hell.

No matter what I do, how many puzzles I solve, it just keeps giving me a new one...

Can you guys PLEASE whitelist devices (say, via a cookie) which have successfully logged in before, so I don't have to solve multiple puzzles at Every. Single. Login.

Even when it does work properly (it's obviously broken right now) it's a HUGE waste of time. The paranoia level seems to be set to extreme with Cryptopia because it's the only time that recaptcha will make me solve 5+ puzzles in a row. Other sites are nowhere near as aggressive.

Tried to contact you via the link on your site, but that requires solving a recaptcha  Roll Eyes

This is the first it happen,I made a withdrawal in my dashboard it says withdrawal completed but no funds is coming in to my wallet either in blockexplorer I have opened a ticket,let's see now I hope dev can resolve it don't want to escalate it to scam accusations.

It would be of huge help to Cryptopia admins if you would at least write about which cryptocurrency you are having the issue with.
My issue is now solve after 30 minutes my fund arrived in my wallet,at that time we are two people having the same issues the people in the chatboard told us to wait at least 30 minutes more because the issue is in the network which is very slow at that time.

I just love Crytopia. Having my baby blockchains listed there doestn just feel like they are listed on an exchange its more like a home for altcoins.
Hopefully i will find time in the near future to hang around more and maybe even open some new forum threads.

That would be 40,000 emails just today for trade notifcations....

We already get emails for each login and hence instead of getting login notification emails, it would be better to get these trade related emails. The reason is that when I open an order, I set a price that the coin may take a long time to reach and I can't keep checking the website daily to know when the trade has been completed. It may take a week or month. If I get a notification, I would then be able to withdraw the balance.


If that's not possible, I would atleast prefer to get a weekly activity mail where I could see which orders are pending or have been completed.

Transact Safer / Chase Better
Is there any way I can get a notification when I receive any altcoin and when I sell any altcoin for another currency (when I place an order and the coin gets sold for the price I've set)? I only get notifications when I login and when I withdraw.

This feature should be enabled by the cryptopia team because even I faced the same situation, even after logging into the account only I came to know that my sell order has been processed. Once if I get an email confirming that my sell order has processed, then it will be good for members.
