Stoned & Stranged
I just have about ~50/60€ worth of random alts on the exchange so even if it should disappear it won't hit me badly, of course I can't talk for other users but I think Cryptopia will come back, many wallets can take days or even weeks to sync

6.  New #whenwithdrawings is Sunday, June 17, 2018 a full 6 months after "hack" we will know how many coins got hacked.

ie..

until June 17,
all BennyBoy will say is,
"check https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/"

Then after withdraws are still not open, well they will have concocted some other excuse by then, like

"the MINTcoin wallet is lagging and looks like we should have that in sync by November 5, 2099,  ... LOL-muppets-fuck-you!"

Not even going to hit my outlandish calculation.
Still have a staff of 80?

What df are they doing?

When usdt activation?HuhHuh?? Huh Huh

The obvious big nugget.

True intent, all USDT in stock have been sold at $1, with some luck once it implodes to $0.13 CRAPTOPIAtm will buy back the units and then you will get to withdraw Grin and buy $25K btc to escape the tether ... (but actually $2500 btc in actual dollars).

All they have to do is keep the USDT closed until it POPs!, then activate the market, and force you to exit ONLY by BTC,LTC, or DOGE.

Nothing crooked about that, amiRight?

I still have around $300 in USDT in cryptopia and your post is the possible worst case scenario that might happen in the coming weeks,.

On the other hand i am still clueless why they are making it hard for their members to withdraw all their assets in their platform. They always boasting BTC withdrawal is enabled but its just a smoke screen so they can further delay everything,. The number of secured coins is not moving in the past days and at this rate it would take years until they fix everything.

I tried to withdraw 1 bitcoin. The withdraw is pending. More than 24 hours

Today and tomorrow are holidays and the withdrawals will only be processed from Mon-Fri 9-5 NZST timing so your withdrawal will be processed on Monday now.

If i want to transfer my ETN to another another exchange, i can't do that because the ETN withdrawal is disabled. If there any other option for me to withdrawal my ETN directly to an ETN address ?   Or do i have to less in loss and then withdraw the BTC ? Sad

You have the no choice but to endure some loss to take out your money out of cryptopia, I still have USDT on my account and i don't have the options to buy BTC or DOGE and LTC.

If the USDT Trade opens i will sell it at loss so i can finally move on,. So for your ETN it will depend if you still trust cryptopia or not.

Do you think it is sensible to still trust Cryptopia ? If it was an inside Job, then Cryptopia  would never have come back again. The way Cryptopia is coming back slowly makes me feel that they were really hacked and the team is trying to recover from that incident.  But still i am confused where Cryptopia  should be trusted or not ? Huh
For peace of mind you should always error on the side of caution unless your mind decisively concludes that a potential reward will be greater than or worth the Risk taken in a specific endeavour.

In other words if you are unsure about trusting cryptopia with your money then you will clearly have peace of mind on a different exchange.

The appropriate course of action for you seems very obvious.

All I need is for s few simple buttons to be pressed so that I can access my usdt.

Why only BTC, LTC and doge wallets are online after the hack?

They have started trading of few other altcoins too so by the time they enable other coins, it will take 1-2 months more. Right now only these withdrawals are available while ETH may take long time as people have lost 100% in the hack.

What and how to use Cryptopia Loss Marker (CLM) on your platform?

Quote
If you held balances in coins that were lost in the event you will start to see Withdraws on your account for those coins. The TXID for the withdraw will not exist on the network but will detail how the coin was impacted in the event. For each withdraw you will also see a subsequent deposit of Cryptopia Loss Marker(CLM), the TXID for this will also not exist on a network but will detail the coin it represents a loss for. CLM is not a coin, it can't be traded as yet, it is just a number in the database that represents the loss for each coin for each user in $NZD at the time of the event. There are still steps to take to ensure we are taking a legal path toward reimbursement.

Why only BTC, LTC and doge wallets are online after the hack?

Any wallet they are trading are probably online, that is syncing with their blockchains.  Why they are not allowing withdrawals and deposits in these is a good question.  They've never been an exchange that keeps their customers wishes in mind.  For instance, if you're using the email verification for log in, they give you a window of about 1 minute before the expiration code expires.  They may just not care that these other wallets are allowing deposits and withdrawals, not caring about the people who are mining or staking such coins.

You can try withdrawing it to btc. But, if you wanted for your coin to be intact(if you hold a certain amount you can get that amount when you transfer minus fee) you need to wait for them to open the withdrawal for ETN. Withdrawing btc on exchanges have high fees.
