I have also experienced same thing. I have bitcoin transaction issue one month ago transferred to cryptopia exchange. After many attempts to mail my concern to their customer e-mail address, no response till yet now. That transaction is cleared from bitcoin blockchain, but it was never transferred to my cryptopia exchange.  I have issued multiple tickets for that same issue of bitcoin transferred issue, which is still not yet resolved. I have given all transaction ID, date of transfer, everything in mail, but they never replied me. I have still not that amount of bitcoin transferred to my Cryptopia exchange, which I set my mind that I lost that particular amount of money for bitcoin transferred.

There is something going on, many wallets are behind, not too sure why.

I have VIVO and GBX waiting, GBX block explorer is over 54k and on cryptopia coin info, its 52k.

there is another discussion and screens here,
https://deeponion.org/community/threads/here-is-why-cryptopia-deposits-withdrawls-arent-working.30942/
if that link was not permitted, please advise.

thanks

edit; I would like to add that I do not share the opinion of "scam". Just overwhelmed imo.

I don't think Cryptopia will scam you, or any of its users for that matter. That is not possible at all. Cryptopia is a trusted crypto exchange platform that has been serving the crypto traders and enthusiasts for a considerable amount of time already. And for a significant amount of time that I have been using Cryptopia, I have not been unlucky enough to encounter such problems with their site. Perhaps your problem is on a more individual level. Just send a support ticket to them and they will get you back in no time.

Nope, Cryptopia isn't a scam. Without them, I don't have an awesome Christmas gift for myself when cashing out my BTC to fiat currency. I deposited one token from MEW to Cryptopia, and then converted it to BTC.

I honestly think Cryptopia is legit, no question about it. However, issues like this can be addressed properly just like your case. I think you'll be doing a FUD strategy to manipulate them to dump their tokens so that you can buy at lower prices. Nice try haha.

In December and January I have seen a lot of exchanges struggle to keep up with the number of new users. Cryptopia is one of those who admitted they are struggling. It got so bad the wait time for tickets is 39 days.

Fortunately they are expanding and hiring new people. You can read it on their news page.

But they need to do something for now omg. Saying you're hiring is great, but what about right now? It might not be a popular opinion but maybe just desist all the shitcoins that no one trades anyway (except the occasional pump and dump) then save the bandwidth for coins that matter. It's so laggy it's ridiculous. I've actually spent over and hour trying to put an order through. Not an exaggeration.

Watch out for Cryptopia!!!!
I have traded many times at different exchanges but at Cryptopia: now no credit 3 times in a row.
They steal your money!
They do not credit your account and do NOT respond at Twitter or email.

I think it goes too far to call it a scam.
Have you solved your issue yet?
I have some fund in Cryptopia. I am wondering if I should withdraw it.

May be you can provide any proofs. Some screenshoots, transactions or anything else? Quite big exchange may be some mistake? What do you mean dont credit account?

Nothing perfect in the world unless god (if you believe).
So even they try to do the best and they will have mistake. So you need to check to them first to make sure. The support will help you i am sure. Actually i never face this kind problem so i am ok with the exchange.

yes agree, I think it would be better if included with evidence, for example screenshoot or other evidence, to be more convincing.

Do you want proofs?

Observe the send dates. And watch the latest income and balance.

The Pirl network has no problems because i'm sending to another wallet without any inconvenience.

You can verify each transaction from here

Maybe because it is weekends and they got too many emails for the support ?

Does withdrawal work fine there though? Do you have any screenshots to share with us?

I don't think crytopia is scam I use it always and trade alts and it's ok. I think you check always what you doing if you have transaction mostly the address where you send your coins. Always double check your addresses where you send your coin.

I have problems with Cryptopia too.
I made a transaction with Innova to my Cryptopia wallet.
In the Innova block explorer you can see that the transfer was ok. Further you see that someone transfer the INN after 1 hour to another account. In this account they collect more INN.

Never did see any deposit in my Innova Cryptopia wallet.

Then when you look further in the block explorer you see that they collect exact 1000 INN in 1 account.
1000 Innova are needed for 1 MN.
