Nice try but fail.  Cryptsy was an anonymous virtual operation until just recently save Paul Vernon who had no choice because of the Florida business license requirements. The business license was the whole reason the virtual office existed in the first place because Florida requires a real address. If you guys are on the up and up, why don't you all use your real names? Why not an about me page with profiles of all you fine upstanding pioneers? I will tell you why because Cryptsy engages in open fraud.

Search the forum there are dozens of screen shots of impossible order book conditions that favor Cryptsy's profit. Sure, a random freak of nature situation once, yeah I might buy that, but routine, not a chance. It's being manipulated. Also, it's getting to the point that the withdrawal and deposit issues can be predicted. Anytime any coin has a sudden surge on the market and there is potential to make a huge windfall, you can count on wallet issues so Cryptsy can sell on the other exchanges, wait for a return to or below normal, buy back and "suddenly fix" the wallets pretending it was just a glitch. It has happened about 25 times too many to be coincidence. Anyone else see this?

Finally, Thank you for confirming that Bitjohn is a remote employee. I can assure you that the Army CID is going to be very interested in one of their own conducting an illegal business operation that could compromise operations in combat zone involving crypto. Undoubtedly this will get priority attention by the Army CID. Thanks Mullick, do you have any more interesting news to pass on? The sad part is that none of this would be happening if Cryptsy had returned my coins last December instead of making me fight you for months to get back most of them.

I've demonstrated that ALL the parties now involved with Cryptsy have worked with each other in the past on other ventures, ALL of which involved scamming their clients and are not kaput, with Paul Vernon declaring bancruptsy (just coined) in 2011. Do you honestly believe that this group one day sat down and decided to form a Bitcoin entity that will operate with utmost sincerity to its clients unlike ALL their previous endeavors? We are seeing the exact same concerns that ALL of Paul Vernon, et al., previous clients experienced today to all the way back to shortly after Cryptsy was formed. What part of "I see a pattern here!" is not understood?

If Paul Vernon profited enough off of group's endeavors, you can bet your bottom satoshi that the rest got and is getting their fair share via Cryptsy. Do you realize how much volume Cryptsy would have to generate to sustain not only the business but handsome salaries for its principals and key personal? And, doing such even after Cryptsy eliminated their fees last year. Surely, somethin' afoot.
