Do you think Cryptsy is in such a bad shape that they can't afford PR anymore and the best they can do is get some neg trust accounts to shill for them?

And now I go to Cryptsy and notice a withdrawal limit of $25/$100 for non-KYC required products (digital coins).  Don't quite like this additional "update/upgrade".

Why limit withdrawals?  What's the basis for this?

EDIT:  What's more interesting... "tier 1" is in no way KYC compliance as it is only a "tell me who you are and I'll trust you" level.  KYC mandates for the US verification at any level (read no verification as a limit of 0, not $25/$100 or $2000/$10,000)

I'm really curious what the basis is for this new intrusion of privacy.  Show us who is requiring you to know who we are or else we're forced to conclude that you're just attempting to restrict and/or reduce withdrawals from your wallets.

The bottom line is we cant have our cake and eat it to, if we want to withdraw over 10K a month in crypto or if we want to use the USD markets, we have to get approved. It is that simple.

On a personal note, I dont think a business man of Jshok's stature would waste his time playing the games you guys are accusing him of. On cryptsy's behalf, SO far I can attest I had some problems with withdraws, I had to update my tier, let my account clear of any discrepancies and (as of now) I have no problems withdrawing from here now. The bottom line is we cant have our cake and eat it to, if we want to withdraw over 10K a month in crypto or if we want to use the USD markets, we have to get approved. It is that simple.

cryptsy is not some other "scam" remember bruno just because in your world of gapped research and citations from unreliable and nonsense sources says its a scam does not actually make it a scam.

At this time I can say yes I have had issues with Cryptsy, we all have issues with all exchanges and everyone knows that, but I can also say my most recent withdraw issues stemmed form my own mistake by not upgrading my tier level. Now that I have done that i have not had problems with them, You watch your withdraw limits and you should be fine.
