if you have a name - and an address - it jumps to $10,000 per month.

$10k doesn't do jack shit for me. I'm trying to withdraw 1,000,000 CSC right now from a tier 0 account and it's just been stuck for 48 hours listed as pending. That's $16 - 18k at current prices and they just keep telling me they can't find the withdrawal in the account and close the ticket.

They can't find it because they dont want to.

ALl they would need to do is get your confirmation through your account and email and they could put it through to you if they really could not find it after numerous times.

Ok I'm happy to report that Cryptsy just processed the 1,000,000 coins CSC withdrawal:

The coins came through with relatively little dust. So thank you Cryptsy. It took 3 tickets and adding an address to get tier 1 verified, but they actually sent me the coins. So disaster averted.

All cryptos are FIAT digital currency. Do not use.
I'm doing regular withdrawals from Cryptsy - multiple currencies - never had a problem over several years.  Last withdrawal yesterday - no delays only about 1 min after conf they were broadcast.

Support is always fast to reply to queries - quite impressive compared to other exchanges I deal with.

I think this is all a load of FUD from another exchange trying to discredit Cryptsy.

My only complaint would be the DEM wallet in maintenance for too long.

OH - and the new fee structure for withdrawals is TOO EXPENSIVE.  Yes -  withdrawals ARE working cos I been paying these damn fees.

But even with all this - no-one should ever leave coins on any exchange unless they absolutely need to.  IN and straight OUT.  Control your own coins.

Well done Cryptsy!

Other people are indeed having real problems with withdrawals. Cryptsy needs to fix these issues. This is getting absurd.

Vircurex and other major scams were also seemingly selective with who they ripped off and/or used shills with fake tx screenshots. lol This keeps the greedy and gullible guessing.

@all
If my hunch is right, Big Vern and/or BitJohn is muddafudda. Roll Eyes

Cryptsy, just like mudder's broken shitclones, always has and always will have issues because they were coded by the same incompetent coder.

@BigVern
I could have walked off with over $1000 USD when your "tip bot" handed me that 200% surprise.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.4651337

How often has this happened and how much have your customers lost ? (thanks to your badly coded fractional reserve algo, trading bot, tipping bot ?

Quite a few folk have these.............

Having and willing to share is not the same thing. Especially when this involves some questionable entity in Belize or wherever-the-fuck they're based and especially after such restrictions have been imposed retroactively.

Not that it matters to me as I only have dust there after their latest fee grab, but these convulsions are becoming amusing borderline on ridiculous.

I think maybe we should message that attorney that sued them last year, David Silver. Maybe he might have some insight on what could be done to resolve these issues with Cryptsy. I think he had some success going after them in the past.

From the article:  http://www.silverlaw.com/news-releases/Silver-Law-Group-Files-Lawsuits-Against-Cryptocurrency-Exchanges-Bitcoin-Savings-&-Trust-and-Cryptsy

If you have invested in Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency and believe you are the victim of a fraud or a theft of your assets, you might have the grounds upon which to assert a claim to recover your losses. Additionally, if you have entrusted your cryptocurrency to Cryptsy or have traded through its web site and feel you have been misled, gather your metadata and contact Silver Law Group to find out what rights may be available to you.

Silver Law Group is a nationally-recognized securities law firm headquartered in South Florida, with satellite offices in New York and Washington, DC, representing investors worldwide with their claims for losses due to financial misconduct and investment firm negligence in securities litigation and arbitration matters. Scott L. Silver and David C. Silver both have Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ of "AV" Preeminent for achieving the highest ethical and legal standards. The firm has successfully recovered multi-million dollar awards for its clients.  To contact David C. Silver to discuss your legal matter, call toll-free (800) 975-4345 or e-mail him at [email protected].

Now they've drastically reduced the maximum withdrawal limits for unverified accounts to $25/day or $100/month - and that month started 30 days ago.

wow lol a whole $100 a month...lol what a joke...

My account is Tier 2 and you still can't withdraw either.

"This would exceed your daily or monthly withdraw limits for your verification tier"

After just trying 0.03BTC!

They are a sinking ship it seems.

Can anyone explain why Cryptsy's BTC/EUR market is so goxy? 290+ compared to 230-ish elsewhere. Is there an issue with EUR withdrawals too?

Are they in bed with the guvmint?

or

Are they insolvent?

Who in his right mind would give non-public, personal information to this site?  Huh
