The ratings do not reflect real value, because ICOs don´t have a real value in that sense, they only evaluate the likelyhood of success and the price set for that possible earning.

The ICO rating platforms is a good tool to obtain information about an ICO. There is also less chance to participate in an ICO Scam. I think that famous ICO ratings can`t describe the real picture, because everyone can buy this "rating". BUT I can check real scams there and it`s very good for me.

ICO rating systems is very reliable and honest about ICOs that are rated in the website. But when investing don't depend on ICO rating systems because even though they are reliable you still need to think by yourself whether you will invest or not
