Justified. You are just unlucky to be marked as cheater by our statistical algorithm.

This still doesn't give you the right to call me a cheater! When in fact I am not.
I hit the jackpot today and because I was afraid of losing it and asked first before I acted I lost it (how could I know that the prize is only stable for two minutes?) - And not only didn't I get my prize...in addition to that I get accused of fraud and cheating. That's not very nice!

I use statistical algorithm that detects fraud and automatically rejects suspicious payments. May be, you are right about two middle addresses, but with 95% probability these payments were marked as fraudulent. This works like anti-viruses and it is impossible entirely eliminate false positives. Therefore in ToS we have clause that ANY payment can be cancelled without explanation at our sole discretion. For my business better to lose one free-seeker than send all money to cheater and go bankrupt.

If more than 2 minutes passed between page load and send button click you will get another available prize (if not available - booby prize). So hurry up and you will receive declared quote.
