I also have quite a lot of dead coins, I got these dead coins from various ways, for example bounties, Ico, and the most are airdrops. and I didn't really bother about it either, I just let it just sit in my wallet
and we don't have to worry about it mate because they are not affecting our crypto activities at all.
and besides there is always a chance of them being pumped , remember that there are some manipulation happening since then and there might be reason for shitcoins to be created.
hope that some of us will carry this one and in future gather big luck to become millionaire from deadcoins lol.

While it's true that the presence of "deadcoins" or low-value cryptocurrencies may not directly impact your existing crypto activities, it's important to approach such investments with caution and a clear understanding of the risks involved.

Dead coins, in my opinion, are of course scutes. Although the latest successes in fast trading can bring a small profit. According to the old Altcoins, I would take LUNA, StormX and other rubbish here.
dead coins today there is such a problem, I probably have 80 percent of dead coins on my wallet, I used to participate in all bounty airdrop projects and collected them, I thought the more coins in my wallet the better, but it’s not true that a lot of coins in my wallet are useless, therefore worth thinking about participating in all projects in a row
Who guys are participating in the bounty or airdrops campaign, their wallet must be hold tons of DEAD coins it’s normal, because i think mostly Airdrops coins are fake or scam even also bounty tokens. I'm participating in bounty back in 2016 so in this few years i joined hundreds of bounty & airdrop projects so that i own so many worthless coin, and still holding in my wallet.

Do you hold any dead coins?

'Dead Coins refer to cryptocurrencies that have been abandoned, used as scam, their website is down, has no nodes, has wallet issues, doesn't have social updates, has low volume or developers have walked away from the project.'

How should we manage dead coins?

dead coin is the same as shit coin (it doesn't give us profit), so why do you still want to manage dead coin that you have, because it won't be useful and of course it will never give you income, therefore instead of wasting your time and you only think about dead coin that you have (there is no hope anymore), then you better research a new coin that have the potential to bring you a big profit in the future.

For dead coins to go into the wallet, it's not without reason that we are also the reason for starting to take part in bounty or airdrop prize campaigns without thinking about it. and on the other hand, uninvited shit coins always get into our wallet, sometimes there are also stuck with this, for example trying to exchange by doing a swab on metamask directly. finally the gas runs out the coins don't come.

I have a lot of dead coins. Some of them made me suffer big losses. I see that this dead coin has done a lot of harm to people and ironically has made its developers super rich. I see a pattern here where the developer who has become super rich is creating a new project and doing the same thing to earn more and more profits. This is the dark side of cryptocurrency I think.

Yes, I have some dead coins from either purchases or Bounty awards.
Expecting enormous returns from tokens with low market capitalization or being enticed by high payouts, the truth is quite the opposite.
What are we supposed to do with dead coins? Of course, ignore it because it is now hopeless.

I got lots of them in my wallet, I'm just leaving them in my wallet since moving them needs fees to complete the transaction so rather than spending lots of my money for the fee I just leave it alone in my wallet. Until now I can't find the solution for dead coins in my wallet

And you are still expecting a miracle to happen to bring them back to life? If the project is abandoned it is always difficult to come back because the team would have broken up. I once got a token that was good but one of the team member sold off all his tokens and left. That caused a dump and it affected the token. It eventually killed it despite how the rest team members tried to revive it. Those who are still holding this token waiting for it to come back will remain in shock waiting because it is dead and dead.

I don't hold any dead coins in my wallet, because I always purchased coins that will give me huge amount of money within 1 or 2 years before I will start achieving something special from the coins. I feel for those that invested in such coins that is dead and their team walk away without giving their investors information about the coins at the moment to know if there is a hope of getting their money back from the investment. I think, it will be favourable to always invest in a potential coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum because their teams are very active to do everything possible to make their investors happy when the price is high.

I have lots of dead coins in my wallet and the sad part that I didn't sell it during the last bull market in the year of 2021. Now, developers were gone already and left the project  dead and abandoned along with my investments were gone as well. Nothing I can to do but to move on now hence the projects were dead already and find another coins that are worth to hold for a long period of time.
Hindsight is always 20/20. You might regret more if some of them mooned 10000x and you sold it for what ever price you are now thinking. But as there's no way of knowing which coins will die, best thing is to get at least your investment back and leave rest for the moonshot. That is if your bags give you winnings at all. Some of us want to cut our losses too, which can be very wise depending on the situation. Most of the time it's the best solution as most of the coins will die.

I also have some dead coins that I got from bounties and airdrops, but I didn't really think about how to manage them, I just left them in the wallet, because if you want to get rid of them you definitely need a gas fee

Since not all projects have a good chance when releasing their tokens for the tokens to result in bounty and airdrop into dead coins that currently exist in my wallet, of course, if we manage it will not benefit from such tokens and only lose fees, and even some tokens that up to now are not listed on the market because there is no further development on the token.

That is the problem cryptocurrency industries market are facing today, as long you're investing on a new coin that is just trading on dex platform, that has not been established or list in top 20 cryptocurrency exchange, is easily to dump, from the dumpster, which I have encountered several times and decided not to invest, accept when it comes in to 20 crypto exchange platform with a good amount of trading volume.

the short answer is that you don't manage dead coin you just let it be. dead coin in general are owned by so many people but would it worth it to manage it I think no, you just wasting your gas fee by sending it to the burning address, I think you just let it be.

How should we manage dead coins?

I think Managing SC can be complicated because it is often worthless and has no real value. If you're holding dead coins, it's a good idea to evaluate the situation and determine whether or not it's worth keeping. You can try selling it on exchanges that still support the coin or on peer-to-peer platforms, but be prepared to receive very little in return. The other alternative I think, you can consider removing the investment and switch to a more promising cryptocurrency.

This topic is certainly interesting and I think that almost everyone has tokens in their wallets that you got from dead projects. There are quite a lot of them in my metamask and they have been dead weight for a very long time. And you just have to look at them sometimes. There's nothing you can do about it and just forget about them
