Based on my experience since 2017 as an airdrop and bounty hunter, I have accumulated a number of dead coins. I remember coming across a project that offered to manage these tokens, where people could send them their dead coins and in exchange, they would receive the project's own tokens with the hope of increasing their value. However, this solution was not practical since it required sending the tokens to the project, which could be risky, and it also incurred gas fees.

As for managing my own dead coins, I have not done much with them since some of these tokens could be fraudulent or lead to scams. Therefore, I have chosen to leave them as they are and not invest any more time or effort into them.

Do you hold any dead coins?

'Dead Coins refer to cryptocurrencies that have been abandoned, used as scam, their website is down, has no nodes, has wallet issues, doesn't have social updates, has low volume or developers have walked away from the project.'

How should we manage dead coins?

I hold dead coin and not because I hope if one day the price of coin can increase very high and make me get a lot of profit, but I can't sell it (no volume and no exchange), so I made it as a collection, because if I throw it away, it makes me spend money to pay fees, so it's more well I just hold it in the wallet.

I also have quite a lot of dead coins, I got these dead coins from various ways, for example bounties, Ico, and the most are airdrops. and I didn't really bother about it either, I just let it just sit in my wallet
and we don't have to worry about it mate because they are not affecting our crypto activities at all.
and besides there is always a chance of them being pumped , remember that there are some manipulation happening since then and there might be reason for shitcoins to be created.
hope that some of us will carry this one and in future gather big luck to become millionaire from deadcoins lol.

Yes, it is and I have dead coins. Once upon a time, I invested in one project at the time of ICO boom, which seemed promising. No, it wasn't like that at all. I was an inexperienced and naive newcomer who thought that this particular project would be profitable. In fact, everything turned out very badly. The price of their token almost immediately collapsed and depreciated after the start of sales, and then, the project slowly died. The last few years they have not had any changes, updates, although the site is still up and running.

What to do with these coins? Nothing. This rubbish can be left as a memento and a reminder that investments must be carefully considered and thought out.

There are some dead coins that I hold, but these coins are not from the purchase, are coins that were given in the bounty signature program and at the time of giving the coins I did not sell them immediately, so that in the following year the coins were no longer valuable and were even considered dead in the market , there is no way to manage dead coins forever, and I don't recommend you to focus too much on dead coins, let's just say that these coins have no potential in the market, so you don't really think about it.
They can't be from purchases because projects that are already trading on exchanges hardly died compared to bounty projects, many altcoins have died in the past even they list on big exchanges but what I am trying to say is bounty projects are mostly crappy projects, they are running the bounty campaign for free promotion, be careful which project you want to promote.

Dead coins is useless we can do nothing about it because dead coins has no value at all, i have a lot of dead coins from the previous bounty campaign it has no value a totally waste of time it serve as a remembrance from my hard work so i just keep on watching it everytime and it serve as experience.

I don't wanna bother my self about those deadcoins in my hands because either they will become alive again or not? what would affect me in any way? though once there is a chance of having reactivated then that would be beneficial in my part.
but if they continue being dead then who really cares?
they don't disturb my folio anyway.

Cryptocurrency is risky, but we should prepared for the worst at all times. Dead coin lost its value in the market, it's either results from dip crash of the market or hype of the project. Abandoned projects are worthless because their trading volume and ranking will no longer counts as eligible. There's countless numbers of dead coins in the space, I've figured out many and most of them did have a solid history before their terrible end. The question is, were you able to accumulate profits from these dump coins when they were fully active in the market?

Hard to not hold deadcoins in your hand nowadays. It was hand back then, a few years ago since most altcoins need a client, a standalone chain so you have to download both of them to get your coin. But now anyone with token address will have deadcoins in their wallet. Literally the internet's garbage.
If you've been collecting altcoins in the past and that's very likely that you own some dead coins today.
I own some and didn't have any intention to sell it. I might just hold it and wait for some unexpected thing to happen and wish it to see some gains from it.

Dead coins are digital assets of abandoned, scammed, illiquid or underfunded projects...
Dead coin" is a coin: Has lost its reputation and has become useless. Low or no market cap. No trading volume. No running nodes. The community is no longer active or not active. Removed from many exchanges.
The crypto industry is moving on with the rest of the so-called "dead coins" being brought to the market with much-profitable hymns but ultimately offering very little value to those who are not. holding. These coins often disappear from the market because their creators have drained users' investments and left them with no idea where their investment returns have gone.
Dead coins in crypto often have a deviant development. Just being equipped with knowledge of the history and development of currencies is enough to help investors make informed decisions.

I have been on the forum since 2017 and during this time i have collected many such dead tokens and coins on my wallet. These coins and tokens are called dead because basically nothing can be done with them because there is no value in it. The best thing you can do with these "assets" is to just leave them where they are and start doing really worthwhile things.

I have been working for AIRDROP for about 2-3 years. And if you don't believe me, there are more than 200 dead people at my address. What can you do now? If your luck is good, it will continue, that is, we can trade it for you. So we can get the fruit of your hard work. DEAD MEANS DEAD.

~Snip~ Deadcoin, nothing to do, nothing worthy, just forget it and take lessons from them
Dead coin is a part of a prank project that has no real plan but still looked for investor. Dead coin are often associated with scam, their website is not active, low liquidity or coin that have been abandoned by developer.
Yeah, we don't have to entertain ourselves with dead coin in our wallet, because coin that have been left behind will never grow again.

if you already know about dead coin, then why do you still want to manage dead coin that you have? because it will not turn your dead coin into gems, so it's better that you don't need to care about your dead coin and forgot it, because it will never make you rich or even give you profit.
Yeah, little bit funny.
We cannot do anything to dead coins, like what happens to dead things, let it go and let it be, nothing to do.
Just bury it and we cannot manage things of dead coins. Even if they are in our wallets, they will be there and become the bad decoration of our wallets.  Cheesy

yes I have dead coins in my wallet, I had them from the bounties.. most of the dead coins that I had are scams. I just leave them there in my wallet because there is no way we can manage the dead coins maybe sending to the other address is the only way to clean your wallet but you must pay the fees of course, which is not cool.
A cooler solution than that is to ignore it and keep it hidden in the wallet we are still using, because sending it elsewhere is tantamount to suicide because we have to pay every transaction fee we run from the wallet.
Not that really worth basing up on the fees alone on sending those coins thats what if only those coins are tradeable or could really be able to sell out .Dead coins are particularly coins which are neither does have almost

close to zero value or doesnt really have value at all sitting into your wallet and its not surprising that there are still people who do really keep on looking up for their coins inside the wallet in the hopes

that they could really make out some money whenever there's some chance of recovery or possible random pumps which is a bit common on this market.

talking coins that have no chance in the future. because Some of them haven't entered the crypto exchange for years and it can be ascertained that they are dead coins. I didn't have much hope and chose to leave it in my wallet.
