It is really possible to prevent the spread of scams in the ICO.That's just the one who can do it either closes his eyes or he participates in some fraudulent ICO.When investing, you really need to hope and trust only yourself.Since we live in a humane world, I think a prison sentence for fraudsters would be the best punishment.

this is the crypto people want to benefit from various ways to manipulate anything to make a profit so be careful when choosing ico if you want to invest

Imprisonment might be enough just like qualified estafa case. But, the main problem is how could we know who to filed with if ICO scammers are being protected by unregulated system. No specific rules and regulations have been set for ICOs.

who do commit crime.

Investor doesn't understand on what he do invest? This is the primary reason why these scammers exist on the first place.

I don't think we can really just throw away a resource like human life. The investor does not understand what he is investing in, the fraudster can be mistaken in himself.

I wished there could be a law that will prosecute all these bad players. We have not seen such law .Besides, all these bad actors hide they identities by stealing other peoples identity to run their scam business. Most people who are crypto enthusiast has been discourages as a result of their bad practice in the industry .As Crypto market is improving , there would no space for them to steal from people again its just a matter of time.

It is true that ICO scam had been rampant recently, however the market at the moment is getting better. It is either the scammers have quieted down or the users are more aware now of how to avoid scams. For your question, I am not in favor that the scammers be given death penalty. Sure losing hard-earned money is devastating, but it does not equate to the value of life. If you ever been scammed before, then I feel bad for you. However, there are still a lot of things to explore in the crypto space, you can even play games to earn money without the very high risk of investing in some projects.

agree with you, we must be very clever at choosing ico that is good and promising for us because nowadays there are many ico who are scam. all that also depends on our luck and that's the risk that arises when we join in ico. only the greedy and troubled team does that.

Yeah it's harsh. And partly, people who get scammed are partly to blame as well for not being really careful or being too greedy. Most of the people i know who got their money scammed are those who wanted easy money without working for it. Or those who always want more. Scammers thrive from people with this kind of attitude you know.

With the growth of the internet uses and ICO project, there are a lot of scam and fraud acts. But, I am against death penalty. ICO scams is under the Cybercrime law which does not cover heavy penalty like death penalty. There is so called, "a second chance" for those who do the scam thing just like thief and stafa. Let them just go to the jail and pay for their sin for them to realize their mistakes.

It depends on how much amount they have got from scamming, if its a million dollars or so, I guess the right thing to do is sentenced them to death. but wait, I'm not in favor of killing them as soon as possible but with the full investigation and without a doubt they've been guilty with this act then they need to be punished by Death Penalty.

Death penalty for scammers not a humanly thing to do i think improsonment is just right,im not saying scamming is good but death penalty for this act is unreasomable there are alot of cases that needs deathpenalty more like rape or murder.And scam icos this past months are lessen now icos are being more scam free and less risk to lose money
