I never stand by death penalty, be it in the subject of cryptocurrency and any other criminal activities. We do not have any right to take life of others. We are so much freedoms and we need to be allowed to exercise them. But affecting others' while enjoying one's is not tolerated. So in case of ICO scammers, I do not support death penalty. Rather there are many ways to discourage and stop scammers like crypto education and strict regulations.

in my opinion, it is enough to put in jail for fraud, and not only in the area that they raised money for the ICO, but also not to pay bounty hunters - they often do this.
They also like to change conditions at the end of the bounty, for example, to introduce KYC - for such a change of conditions it is also necessary to punish.

As we all know still exit scam ICO's are victimizing investors including me in my frustration I wish these people be killed or if busted they must sentenced to death Penalty are you favor of it.

No, not in favour. Certainly every effort should be made to apprehend scammers and make them face the law, but death penalty is far too harsh - as you say it's frustration and anger that lead to this view.
There are well defined penalties for people who get involved in plundering and money laundering as well as scanning. This is enough to make them realize about the degree of severity of the crime they do. ICOs have been abhorred in the market for the dubious nature due to which people have lost their trust and investments so yeah, there should be punished for scamming.

Death sentences for ICO Scammers In my personal view it is too heavy, there may be other penalties that are more worthy of what they do and can also make the perpetrator deter and
also frighten other actors who intend to commit the same fraud.

i am not in favor of harsh punishment but a strict action will be taken against the scammers. Scamming is a big crime but death penalty is a very big punishment and a lineant view will be taken of but there should be a penalty.

In each country, there are rules and laws that apply to everyone for the common good. I strongly agree that hackers are given severe penalties because they harm many people, capital punishment may be too cruel because there are still many better ways to solve the problem, namely returning the money they took and in prison to regret it. I hope the hackers are aware that their actions are not commendable.

Nah, death penalty is kinda harsh haha, but I would be fond of experimenting with some medieval torturing techniques on them like brazen bull, Judas chair, breaking wheel and others. Some of them would definitely deserve some ancient spanking.

Yeah made them suffer and experience the pain of getting scammed after all the hardwork made by the bounty workers and scamming the money of investors,. Let them experience slow death rather than a quick painless death

Death penalty to ICO scammers is a good to me. I am super in favor of it because I'm a victim as a bounty hunter and also an investor of many ICOs. But we need to consider legal processes regarding this and it's hard to deal with those because those project holders are residing on a different country.

There are still a lot of new successful projects being launched, turning your back on everything new is foolish and will cause to miss out on some huge gains.  If anything this means less competition for investors so this is actually a good thing if you have a positive outlook.

Yes, that's what I did in 2018, I still keep track of the altcoin I've invested. Most of those altcoin have a lot of discounts. But that made me see many other opportunities for the future

In my opinion they must accept the punishment that applies in their place because all countries have their own legal system.
And in my opinion when such fraudsters are sentenced to death, our money will not return so in my opinion it might be better if the fraudster does not need to return our money and is also imprisoned.

it's probably figuratively put it. Konechno what the death penalty. YES and companies do not always of their own will not be able to raise the necessary funds, so this is certainly an inflection point.
I think that even figuratively speaking it is impossible to dismiss about the death penalty in some areas there was no sphere of human activity.  I think that even for serious crimes it is impossible to deprive a person of life.  We are trying to move away from the past to another world, where people respect each other and value life.  Of course, there are quite a few scammers on the cryptocurrency market, because here you can easily make money.  But fraudsters are everywhere.

Death penalty for ICO scammers is too harsh. The punishment can be some years in imprisonment or a different punishment. Punishing scammers will scare other people from scamming others too.
all over the world today there is a struggle against the death penalty, and even such criminals who have committed particularly serious crimes.  Based on this, you do not need to be like a monster and wish for death to other people.  I am generally against the death penalty for any crimes.

As we all know still exit scam ICO's are victimizing investors including me in my frustration I wish these people be killed or if busted they must sentenced to death Penalty are you favor of it.

I am completely in favor of it. Know what? In third world nations such as Nepal and Cambodia, a contribution of as little as $1,000 can save the lives of little children who die of treatable diseases such as Malaria and Measles. And here we have ICO scammers, who rob tens of millions of USD from the unsuspecting investors. With that sort of money, a lot of lives can be saved. So what they are essentially doing is causing the death of poor people. They deserve the death penalty.
- But the money here is not the amount of money to support the children and the poor in the third world, scammers are stealing investors' money, please remind investors who want to make money with ICO, loss and damage here belong to the investors. Although this amount is probably huge but I believe this amount is the amount that investors can lose, they are acceptable, and with such not so strong influences, I feel that death is a very high penalty, warnings, compensation and deterrence are necessary but there should be no death penalty here

This morning someone sent a message that zerocoin protocol was bridged and recently I saw articles of some project upgrading their platform. So how do you really determine a scammer when most times project initiators have good intention but things could go wrong. I think there should be an arbitration where cases can be presented and analysed. Jail sentences can be maximum not death sentence please.

Such penalties are too heavy and everyone should value their lives. If there is an appropriate punishment for scammers, it will probably be more deterrent, so that they can recover or collect the returned property for the investors' losses.
