About the map.

LDPR sent an informal suggestion to the governments of Poland, Romania and Hungary about conducting referendums in the regions of those states that border with Ukraine.

As the said in the press statement, there was no talk about dividing Ukraine, but simply about gauging public opinion in the regions of those states, as well as in the corresponding Ukrainian regions.

Romanians are only around 20% of the population in Chernivtsi. Similarly, only around 12% of the population of Trans-Carpathia is Maghiari, with the remainder mostly consisting of Ruthenians. However Lviv, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne and Volyn will be better with Poland.

Odessa is home to large minorities of Moldvins, Bulgars, Russians and Gagauz (esp.in Budzak). There is a large Greek minority in Donetsk (esp. in Mariupol). Russians are near majority in Luhansk, Donetsk and Kharkiv.

It's a serious game just like a chess, and results could be very funny Smiley

A population of the Crimea is about 2 million... As the result we have:

1) US and EU doesn't recognize a referendum;
2) US and EU faces with recognition of new RF & Ukraine borders;
3) It's obvious that Crimeans won't allow to perform any Ukrainian elections on their territory;
4) Ukrainian pseudo-government faces with impossibility of legitimate presidential & parliamentary elections;
5) EU/US or Ukrainian pseudo-government must recognize sovereignty of the Republic of Crimea. Otherwise they won't be able to perform any elections;
6) Check & Mate. Recognition is only a matter of time. Roll Eyes

I really wish good luck to you and all the people of your country. But you're making it too plain simple, we're facing a cold war situation and this can do nothing good for the world.

Very simple. Kosovo for Crimea.

U're really facing this risk. And kosovarians are not happy of the situation.

Solution? Call for absolute indipendence, and start using esperanto as language and bitcoin as currency Smiley

I think ukranians and crimeans are basically good, but you're going to be badly fucked up by the most powerful governments in the world. Russia is powerful, but Russia only want you to hate ukranians and the whole europe, this to gain an area of exclusive influence because of the sea, the fleet, the gas, the border etc etc... your area has been one of the main russia's strategical objectives for the wholes XIX and XX centuries.
