Die SEC hat am 26. Juni den Antrag der CBOE Global Markets für einen bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) erhalten. Eine erste Entscheidung kann frühestens nach 45 Tagen nach Eintrag in das Federal Register stattfinden. Der Eintrag in das Federal Register war aber nicht am 26. Juni, sondern am 2. Juli!
Die Entscheidungsfindung kann bis zu 90 Tage dauern!

III. Date of Effectiveness of the Proposed Rule Change and Timing for Commission Action
