There are many stories of the successes and failures of Bitcoin traders, from losing money due to lower prices to suddenly getting rich. Basically, traders have carefully considered before taking action, there is no need to be disappointed or blame yourself for failing to make a profit.
Bitcoin is still reliable for short, medium, or long term investments even if the price is dropping. When Bitcoin goes down crazily and issues that corner Bitcoin arise, there will be panic for traders and sell them simultaneously. This actually doesn't need to be done, because it is the law of crypto assets that their prices go up and down.

For me there is nothing to be afraid of and Bitcoin has never let anyone down, because my principle is that there is no loss if you invest in coins that have strong fundamentals (one of which is Bitcoin). Even though the price is down, if it has not been sold or cut loss, then it has not been a loss because I always believe the price will go up again.

There is always a risk, but I see how serious players have entered the crypto market now, and for me this only means that the market will grow after the strongest “eat” the weaker ones, these are the laws of the market. It is difficult to say now whether the price will fall or whether a reversal has already occurred, this is not so important, since I believe that Bitcoin will not fall significantly lower, so the time to buy is still very good.
That is easy to say when the stronger has so many weapons and ammo to attack while the weaker has punches and nothing more. Think about it, even the "richest" regular person who lives in UK or USA or whoever ends up having like 30-50k a year, that's the richest regular person of course, there are whales and I am not talking about them here.

Those people could invest only so much and what they can do with it is limited and they do not have deep pockets. Nobody should expect these people to fight against manipulator whales who invest 1 million and then when it goes down, invest another million, and throw in a few million just because they wanted to at any given moment. That type of power makes them profit whenever they want and take your money, while you have very little and do not have the moving room that those guys would have.

Never that Bitcoin will disappointed me ,  though sometimes I felt bad that i did not sell when the price is still increasing yet I manage to calm myself and accept the fact that things will always go against our will and desire but eventually will make it up and make it grow.
Not really.

The recent price performance is what has disappointed me a bit, just like the $70k ath, which fell short for this cycle. But Bitcoin is still the same, with the same properties that allow you to store and transfer wealth in large amounts without relying on a centralized entity.
But if you look at it as advantage then this is a different issue ? because you will buy coins that selling when dip is on the mode .

I don't think that bitcoin let me down after so much I have tasted of this bitcoin. Talking about the current bitcoin price, a little shock, not happy or what it's called I think it's normal. Everyone would want this not to happen, but in a market all this we can't stop.
For now I'm a bit waiting for the market to bleed before I decide to restart.

Bitcoin has broken the all time high of 2017 and now it is around 19,000$. The worst part is that even on these level, we are not seeing any pumps and look like price may fall all the way to 10,000$ or even lower.
Once bitcoin was at 69,000$, who would have thought that bitcoin will go so low so fast ?  Now what do think, where we are in terms of bitcoin cycle. I think we are already in th bear market since summer of last year and maybe the bottom/ end of bear market is near ?

Of course I'm not happy about the price fall of late, nor would anyone be, but overall I think if we try and look at the positive side of things we can look at how this has created a great buy opportunity.  If you believe in bitcoin and it's future, then you know this is just a small blip in the grand scheme of things.  Time will tell but I think we will all look back and be upset for not purchasing more bitcoin during these shaky times.

Maybe for those who are new to the crypto world and buy when the price is high they will definitely be disappointed but for me it wasn't.

I've never been disappointed with bitcoin let alone invest it there I know it's a pretty heavy decline but it's also an opportunity to add more bitcoins if you have capital then this opportunity must be used as best as possible I have done this gradually because basically, the price is getting low then there I will buy with a lot.

Never be disappointed with Bitcoin (in my opinion) even though the price is going down for sure we will see another recovery in the future and we can feel quite high profits, for me this is just a cycle that often happens so if a bear market occurs it is not too disappointed or overthinking because in my mindset bitcoin must grow even bigger.

At the end of the day if you get disappointed on what you currently see on bitcoin these days you are the only one lost the opportunity to gain in future since at this times mostly whales are starting to accumulate or some traders do short taking opportunity to gain profit on volatile market. If we don't want to get disappointed maybe we should lower down our expectation about the bull run since most provably this will not happen this year because there's nothing big events to wait like halving.

Bitcoin is already giving a lot to me since I started with it so I’m not disappointed with bitcoin at all. It’s in the nature of every asset to get valued and devalued over the period of time. It’s one and the same thing for gold or for Share or for bonds and even for vegetables in the market.

There is no point in hoarding around bitcoin and it’s falling price. Give it a time and it shall resurrect from the bear markets Ashesh.  Cheesy

You would really be that disappointed if you do Always look into the price unless if you do have some alts then it would really add up on the pain but if you do just see this drop to be an opportunity for you to accumulate cheaper then it would really be that good mindset to have since you won't easily panic.Lots haven't anticipated for the price to go this low since we are aiming for 100k but we are seeing the other way around which is something that we didn't expect.

Should there be a disappointment in bitcoin at all when we all have the tenacity to specute well on the price and predict the move all by ourselves to either rise or fall, i think bitcoin itself has made it all with the best simplicity in making us know that it rises and as well fall which is in the ability it has in volatility, the real idea here is when others are loosing some will be realising profits and this is the continuous aspect of it all even when it going dip some are getting happier because they are making it through the fall.

The market might as well disappointed one, but what did we signed up for. We know the volatility of the market and how it operates over the years. Many people are disappointed but if one settle for little loss they’ll be more disappointed the way the market is now. Making up one’s mind on the market volatility is the best, so that you don’t end up giving yourself false hopes from technical analysis you listen to on TV’s or online videos or podcasts.

Now bitcoin is really not a very pleasant surprise. Also, I didn't think bitcoin would drop to this level. But, now it remains only to act according to the situation.
You have now the idea that bitcoin can drop at any level that it can. Due to the position that we have for a long time during the bull run, we have thought that there's no drop that's about to come because we're all confident that it will stay there for a very long time.
For all the happy happenings, there's always a sad ending. But are we going to call it sad? It's not the ending though but it's just a phase of the market that we have to face and it's not really sad because we can buy at the lowest price that it can reach.

Only newbies will get disappointed on what's currently happening on bitcoin because they are expecting to much where they think they can be rich by holding it for long time period and they get surprised about the bear market scenario that's why many got panic then tell that bitcoin might turn to zero.

But for knowledgeable crypto people for sure this bear market season is one of their favorite season because this give them chances to buy more cheap crypto's and newbie should understand this because for sure they can use this events to gain huge profits once market recovers.

it never crossed my mind that I had been so disappointed. nothing disappointed for me about bitcoin. even i feel happy now. anyway bitcoin price now $19k-$20k is the best price for me. because I dare to buy incrementally from this level (DCA). when the bitcoin price reached ATH I even felt sad. because I didn't buy much from the bottom price back then. so when now the price of bitcoin goes down is like a golden opportunity for me that I have to make the best of it. because sometimes opportunities don't come twice.

I want to take advantage of other people's current fears by installments of bitcoin purchases in stages.

maybe for some people will feel happy when the price of bitcoin is back up now. but for me still can not say too happy. because I want to buy more from the bottom. and however we are now seeing the rapid growth of small holders. if before this decline many wallets had a lot of bitcoins in 1 wallet. but thanks to the decline now the wallets of the whales are slightly reduced. and a growing wallet of small holders. which means the equity of holders begins to occur. so this signals a very positive sign for the future of bitcoin as it proves that trust in bitcoin is increasing.

so stay calm and hold. DYOR

I wouldn't say that I am disappointed per se. I would only say I am concerned. I look at the charts daily. I'm concerned about the bad press that bitcoin is getting at this time and what they are doing to discredit it. On the other hand, disappointment is when you invest in bitcoin for short-term gain. Disappointment is when you fail to DYOR and blindly follow the advice of some YouTube bitcoin influencer to sell off your coins. Disappointment is when you have invested money that you cannot afford to hodl. I know that once Bitcoin gets to 28k it's going to be a bull run from there on.

I agreed that we are now at the bear market season, all we need to do for now is to buy the coins in which We think has a high potentials in the future of course, Since that Bitcoin was already proven and tested in the market, this supposed to be our top priority to buy then hold in the long term, because I really do believed that Bitcoin will reach again the value of 69k$ or more, just We don't know when does bullish will come back again. So, for me Bitcoin didn't disappoint me ever since I started here in this field of business.

I would not use the word disappointment as it represents something from which has no hope but I will say was unhappy with bitcoin prices going down as it's normal. But as I am long term holder and didn't care too much about these dips as we have seen little pumps after that so going with the flow of holding. So will see how the coming days will be for btc.

These market cycles are normal and I've known bitcoin since 2016 so I know what to do. You won't be disappointed if you already know how to endure this bear market. Bitcoin can't just go up forever the way people want, someone will take their profit when they bought below so this is to be expected. Its value will continue to rise in the future so if it goes below $15k then that is a great opportunity for someone to buy 1 whole amount of it.

surely bitcoin has disappointed us, if we knew the price was like this, of course we used to buy bitcoin. but it's not that easy, we have to deal with reality and psychology. many people are disappointed with their stories, but the market is indeed difficult to predict perfectly, and imperfect predictions are related to risk, so we must also take into account the risk before buying it, although sometimes luck helps us to achieve our goals, but unfortunately it doesn't come naturally. continously
