Thats right because this games are really have more needed skills that you will know if who are the best players to use especially a strategy that to defeat their opponent. Just like on other games, DOTA is really unpredictable if who will win, but its based on their players if how good they are. Dota is an addicted, especially on my country, but it has a great benefits to the players.

Yes we can really say that this game is unpredictable and it will surely base on the player's skills, recognition with the enemies skills, Teamwork, And Coordination there will be a lot to take notes on to make sure every victory, but right now I don't really want to bring all that up, but instead I will just support my chosen teams and hope for the best, So I will let luck decide my fate.

South East Asian Teams are really capable and im surprised that TNC predator is already included into invites without the need for entering the

regional qualifiers and we have seen that Mineski does represent SEA.Good to look for these teams but journey to the top ranks or spots is already a hard fought one specially to those top tier teams like LGD VP etc.

Well, there are some doubts that can't be helped because we can say that Team Liquid and Virtus Pro can be big paint when it comes to rankings and the presence they emit when thinking about their names can be intimidating but I guess my pick has all that it takes to really bring the fight to them.

This is pretty exciting indeed because I really love watching a game of DOTA back then, And now that DOTA 2 has great graphics that most of the gamers loved, So on to the bets I would surely like to see how Royal Never Give Up and Ninja's In Pyjamas will do in this event I have watched their match back then and I am pretty amazed at their tactics and strategy so I am very well known with them, but seeing the need to support my fellow Pinoy I would support a team that has Filipino players on it and hope that they will win, So my pick would be TNC Predator, Mineski, And Fnatic, Although I would really want to go bet for Royal Never Give Up or Ninja's In Pyjamas, This is just to show my support.

Not too sure about you but this year there is literally zero hype by Steam. Go back to TI14 for instance. To me that was the most hyped esports event outside of lol and csgo in the west and compared to the grandeur of the starcraft and warcraft tourneys in the east.

Now come back to the current one. See the difference in hype? They really went cheap this year.
They hype might not be similar in TI4 but the current prize pool speak for itself that Dota 2 becomes bigger and more popular.None of other esports events cant match up on what they have collected atm.

LMAO, why you pick all of them, mate? Grin

TI is always tricky to predict since this game forever changes, e.g., the map changed, hero added, rebalanced, reworked, etc.

From the "historical analysis," not a single team has won more than once. So my bet simply go to Team Secret

Last chance before Puppey retired.
Yeah, Just my 2 cent bruhhh.

If Team Secret got the aegis, then Puppey got the second aegis as a player. But for the team, its the first aegis for Team Secret.

I don't know, why i support other teams Lel~. I'm a fan of Na`Vi, I know its really difficult to follow the patch example like dendi he cants handle the patch right now. He should retire and become a coach.

I will go with the top favorite Team Secret, Evil Genius and Liquid. I always like watching the gameplays of these guys. I hope they do well in TI9.
Remove EG from your list, RTZ its a cursed man. We all know EG already got his place on 3rd, because of artezy. Grin Still laugh went sumail got an interview, and talk about artour.

That is the beauty of DOTA, there is never a dull moment in this game. The managers surely took the changes in consideration when making line ups. That is why players always have training and boot camps.

I'll go with Kuku and the gang Grin. I do believe that they're not an easy opponent and considereded as a threat for other teams since they able to beat OG before, remember? I'm just hoping that Kuku can now moderate his trashtalking habit or else he will get banned again lol, he would be a big loss for his team if ever. The TI9 will be held on China so they must be more careful because for sure that the majority of the crowd will be looking at them.

I'm rooting for three teams: LGD, Team Secret or Virtus Pro to take TI9's aegis. Any of these teams has high chance to become the champs.

The prize pool may even increase for few more weeks.

LGD is really a tough team to beat. Yes all teams has chances of winning the aegis but I am still rooting for liquid or OG to take it all. Anyways there should be a blackship which is the TNC predator and all Filipino team which shock the world during ti6.

It's still very popular around the world, I mean just look at the crowds those events draw and the absolutely massive prize pool.
I'm betting on Team Secret to win this one, they've really shown that they're capable of winning after the KL Major.
I also have some feeling with Team Secret.

But my other speculation also on OG, Liquid, PSG.LGD & Other China Teams

The cursed of TI still not yet over, the last TI8 Europe team wins (OG) against china team (PSG.LGD) that ti winner should china team based on the cursed. If I'm not wrong, the TI Cursed Winner always like this Europe win after that China wins then repeat again.

If this TI9, China team win the aegis. Then the cursed still continue.

Dota 2 used to be famous a few years ago but I don't know if it is the case anymore now as its popularity has dropped.I remember when people used to play all the time back then and there were many fans watching. It should be a beautiful event this one although I doubt the followers will be numerous as they used to be a few years ago.

Thanks for share this OP. On past i play a lot DOTA and win some national tournaments but over time i didn't have time for games and also i didn't play DOTA 2 but on past year a lot of friends play it and was very popular on past , anyway i wish good luck to all teams who will play.

You're a national player? Cool. Just wondering, which country are you from?

Personally, I don't know much about DOTA. But I watched my classmates play such games during highschool. And I must say, trash talks are everywhere, every time they play. I also get to watch bit of the international game on TV. And I really didn't get it. However, I think a Filipino team won an international DOTA game before. I'm just not sure what year was it. And I don't know their team's name. So if you don't mind me asking guys, could you please enlighten me about the team? And will they be competing this year? If yes, then I'm looking forward to their win.

Probably other game really famous because only a hype game, example like Fortnite went they are on number 1 spotlight game and after Apex Legend rilis to the public all fortnite player change to apex legend but if you see bot of this game seems like the hype already down. Dota its still Dota, you can check the player online always around 500-600K Player each days and we always have unique player each days.

Dota 2 is still enjoying a solid body of fans. The prize pool for this 9th TI speaks for it. It is above 30 million USD already and growing. It is higher than Fortnite World Cup's prize pool. This means that The International remains the largest esports event to date.

No problem, mate! I just want to add a little topic to discuss on this section. I know there are a good number of TI or Dota 2 followers here. By the way, I'm sure you are a monster in Dota 2 considering that you have won national tournaments. Which country are you from?

I hope sportsbet would list the games a little earlier than before so that we could see the odds and place our bets earlier as well.

The prize pool may even increase for few more weeks.

According to the latest DPC points, the top is Team Secret and the second spot is taken by Virtus Pro. And so they are the favorites, so to speak. However, if you take into consideration the track record of Team Secret, the famous avengers-like team, not once did it even reach the finals however favorite they appear to be for the fans. Let us see how they will fare this year. This is going to be exciting!

The prize pool is indeed dumbfounding even at this current amount!
Beyond that, they are the teams that haven't got the spotlight and still doesn't own an aegis.

The prize pool sure is higher than last year but there's a competition that's happening currently in the e-sports community and that's with Fortnite but still the Dota 2 community is larger and managed to surpass FN's prize pool.

Liquid at epicenter has great gameplay with the miracle he got an MVP award at Epicenter, TI 9 probably will really have cooled match between Liquid with old member Matubaman. Also, Na`Vi & Alliance get a spot at TI 9 and make the game will be El - Classico.

Also PSG.LGD Training was really hard, they have some rules for the team member to always training at Bootcamp if not they will pay some charge to the company.
