I think this year will be the year for team liquid we know they just change roll of their player, matumbaman out and w33 in.
but its not problem at all, kuroky can combine their game, that made him a great captain.
They took the aegis last 2017 so I really don't think that this year is for them. Yes, they've got a lot of experiences but they have been inconsistent throughout the minors and majors.

All teams are unpredictable and I can say that each of them is full of surprises but I'd wanted to see a team that didn't took it before.
Each year is always been unpredictable due to roster changers or shuffle of players but we can really see which team do remain on top tiers.
Yes, we can distinguish the top tier teams and the lower tier teams.

But I'd say that the top tier teams should not be confident because if these low tier teams remains consistent like what they've shown during the qualifiers, they can make it to upper bracket.
About the qualifiers you can really see underdogs do really progress or improved too much.Anything is unpredictable but now we are seeing that Secret is the favorite due to their latest major champ win but lets see on how they do perform on TI9.
If you'll ask a pro player of Dota 2 on who's the strongest.

They might give a preference of that team but they'll say that there's no longer strong or weak on this game. It's more about the team work and every wrong caught will change the game's result.

the thing about Dota 2 if you have watched some of the tournaments is that apart from the team work and all that, the strategies these teams use is one of the key factors in their winning. sometimes we see some unknown Chinese team come along and use some crazy strategy that beats every team out there! i remember back in Dota 1 (Warcraft before Valve took over) there was a team that picked the craziest heros that didn't even match each other and all went to one lane at the bottom! the other team (the experts of that time) were beaten in about 10 minutes because they couldn't fight that combo that rushed their lane from first second!

As the date of the tournament approaches, I'm watching for the prize distribution on how much it's going to be mainly for the 1st place / champion.
This is still related to the tournament, so how much you think is the share for the champion out of the $31M prize pool? be it a percentage or specific amount.
Checked out 2018 TI prize pool allocated on each team http://dota2.prizetrac.kr/international2018  and since the battle pass sale havent cut out yet then there's still

no official or fixed amount all in all.So calculating for the prize allocation isnt possible yet but we would able to know it soon.

As a pro player and had been asked on whose the strongest then the thing on their mind usually would really thought of themselves or their team.
Talking about game results, each situation can make a comeback which cant really be expected.Critical decisions can be seen or simply mistakes can really
lead to devastation on the entire team thats why you should really be careful.

If you still don't understand on how the prize pool increases, it's because of the combined sales of dota 2 in-game items (battle pass) which cuts 5% each sale to contribute to the pool while Valve has around a guarantee of $2M contribution to the pool.
Here some list reason, why the prize pool increase from players dota aspect.
  • Bug Bundle LV 120
At the release Bundle LV 120, You can get so many immortal + LVL BP with a cheap price. But you can only buy once for each account unfornutetly there have some bug went the player can buy multiple bundles. Because of that, the prize raised more than $1M only need 24 hours, valve also gives a statement about these and make some change rules.
  • Invoker Persona
  • Arcana ES
  • Immortal AXE
  • etc
I still chasing my level to get Invoker Persona, Right now my level BP 179. I don't know, can i reach 305 level BP to get that.
Those items sure are on hype and making a good cut for the prize pool. We have few more days before the group stage and the total prize has increased to $31,650,999 USD, see the reference on liquipedia.

Anyway, Dota can be an investment option for some people. You can see the value of DC Hook, The first time i play dota the price was 110$ and right now already up more than 700$. The good thing selling Dota/CSGO item more easily than other game, because at Dota/CSGO have some collector.
Yes, those in game items are precious to those who are collecting and enjoys using it while playing. Many items have appreciated and sad to say that I didn't have those DC hooks anymore, I've lost it before on D2L.

The most recent figures show that League of Legends has an active player base of over 80 million monthly players. Or over 27 million players every single day.31 janv. 2019

The Dota 2 page on Steam Charts indicates that in the last 30 days as of June 17, 2018, the game has had an average concurrent player count of almost 485,000, with a peak of 822,000. This number indicates a 2.4 percent gain from May 2018, which had an average of 475,000 players.

Dota 2 tournament prize is high only to make people leave lol and play Dota 2 why they don't such prize for csgo? which steam profit more from counter strike
*I'm a new lol player anyway I wanted to play one of this 2 games but they tell me dota2 is a way to hard to learn so I play lol
I just played yesterday and the number of active users are around 600k all over the world. Dota 2 tournaments aren't dedicated to make other players leave their games.

yup, its good if liquid can meet Chaos chaotic on final or semifinal, this will be game matumbaman vs old team Cheesy
but some people predict this year will be for secret, because they just won the tournament before TI.
but for ime its still for Liquid
The audience was really like about DRAMA & MEME bruh. You can try see "DOTA WTF TI8 Scene", At there you will get a good meme from OG Bettwen Fly.

If matubaman can meet his old team, that will be a good drama match for TI. Sometimes more fun to watch the drama scene than the prize ~LOL

Per match betting is the best option to some. It's a lot easier to weigh in the possibilities.

You might want to try using crypto bets this time. Take a look at the bottom of this post. That is, if you are a fan of the teams mentioned.
The reason, because I still play Dota until right now.

Went i betting using an item game and i win my bet, I can withdraw the item and use it at the game.

I think this year will be the year for team liquid we know they just change roll of their player, matumbaman out and w33 in.

Probably the dramatic scene between Liquid Roster vs Matubaman will be making "TOP 10 ANIME BETRAYAL" at TI9. I hope we got a match between Liquid vs Chaos Chaotic Club, so this anime betrayal can happen.

The last TI we got "Top 10 Anime Betrayal", went Fly Leave OG to EG.

And they got a match, OG beat EG at that time.

Dota2 is really worth to play and put your some money, tournament prize or Dota2 is really high because of it's community, it's really popular, one of the best MOBA games, since Dota1.
And also add how Steam/Dota2 market their game so that can attract other people to play, it could be additional reason why the prizes of every tournament on Dota2 are quite huge.

There are a lot of difference playing League of Legends and Dota 2. From what I know, the creators/developers of LOL were map creators and developers for Dota(1) before. And they were hired by garena to develop the game until it became popular.

You can't deny a creep with LOL and tournament prizes on Dota 2 tournaments are way higher than LOL.

Luck may not really be the thing in betting Dota 2 games especially because we have already a little inkling about the gaming patterns of each player, their strongest heroes, their typical strategies, and so on. But then again, there are factors that may actually confuse our final decision. The unpredictability of every game therefore remains to a very high extent. We have to take note that there are more than a hundred heroes and teams are always on a hunt for new strategic combinations. Furthermore, new players are added to some teams. The chemistry will be another issue.

It is sometimes lovely how a single stroke of luck could turn the entire game upside down especially at the clutch moments of the game. Imagine a single wrong buy-back and the fate of a game is finally sealed. This is gonna make a good betting esport come August.

Well, That is why luck will sure sure come in handy and like you said that this can is pretty unpredictable especially when players would cause a wrong move a little error can be very devastating for the team and we can never know the upcome of their play, There are condition that needs to be met the teams chemistry and the combination of hero's that they will choose will sure take a portion of luck in it, So even though this is a skill base game luck will surely come in handy.

No one has talked about Forward Gaming. This is an interesting news that Newbee acquired their players since the management of Forward Gaming has closed. While the main cast or players of Newbee didn't managed to get a slot through qualifiers, they still got a place on the upcoming The International on their homeland which where this tournament will be held in Shanghai, China.
