Yeah today I agree on you mate, today is the best time to buy bitcoin as the price is much cheaper. Buying in the dip is difficult to make it as the price can rise higher in just a few seconds. Buy and buy when the market is falling.

I really agree with you, why waiting for another time to buy if the right time is now, the price drop is really quite very low that resulting from some to panic, believe in your intuition but don't forget to search everything you need to make the whole thing almost secure.

I also agree that it's really risky when anyone wanna invest in ICO project at the moment. Beside Quarchain ICO project already ended so why you still suggest it to other members? IMHO there is no exact dates when will be bull markets. We should look after volume on the market and confirmation that bear market is over. Now I see very low volume and just waiting.
The present situation may be the right choice to buy the coins because most of the coins are in dips. We don't know when the price starts going to increase in the market because once the bitcoin market starts increasing automatically other coins price will start increasing.

I think it is the right to invest a little bit money into the crypto markets, but don't invest all money right now because we could go down again in the next couple of weeks. If it goes lower, you can invest the money that you saved while you first invests. I always have some backup money to buy some dips of my holdings.
Actually from last 2 to 3 months, most of the cryptocurrency price was stable and varying only 10 to 20%. So i think this is the good time to invest your money in the digital world but as you said don't put full amount invest part by part and invest in multiple coins don't choose single coin.

Some time too much wait becomes so long that you are never able to buy as the price rises by 30 - 40% and you start thinking that it will fall now as it has risen and then it rises again and it become out of scope for you and you will never able to buy and make gains from it

till fall there is a lot more time therefore if there is an opportunity to invest now, so invest, and in the fall to receive good x as the market isn't stable, the turn can be at any time.
I am sure that now is the most appropriate time to invest, altcoins price and offer from many ICO very promising so with invest now then we immediately get RoI and of course big profit.

I will keep my investment in etherium since i believe etherium is the best investment though in bad condition like this.
