I think it's still good to invest now, since most coin or token are taking the dip. If you will wait for the market too recover you might even miss your chance on buying at the cheapest price. If we can see some uptrend as 2014 year it can be no chance to buy at sweet price. I say that good tactics is using level-trading. The most sweet level we can not to get. But we can get average price near sweetest

Waiting until mid-september is a very long time, we do not know september value of crypto increase or even down. And if in September the price of crypto rises high, then you have lost the opportunity to make a profit. I think this time is a good time because crypto value is still low.
OP, I respect the fact that you advice people to do their own research too but I disagree with the part of where you said people not to invest into ICO due what is going in the market where promising is not giving profit to investor. Yes, an ICO might be promising but don't have the utility and strategy to survive the market. How ever, buying now is a good decision.
