I am waiting that later in one year I have more than 10 bitcoin, but I only spend when I see something good that I can pay with bitcoin.

I just checked my excel spreadsheet, which acts as a log to record my Bitcoin activity. Ever since I lost my job in 2014 March, I have offloaded some BTC23.541 and converted them to fiat. Received some $6,732 in return for these coins, at an average rate of $286 per coin. Currently the exchange rate is at least $100 higher than that. Feels bad. 
In this sense, bitcoin will never be a true currency, everyone will just hold and not use it in fear of rising btc prices
there is no good reason to spend bitcoins unless some major issues.
I actively spend on digital goods, very never on real things. The reason is I can't find anybody that accept bitcoin, beside some buskers in the city. In fact, those are the people who for me into bitcoin.

I spend it only when the value (like now) is high. Never spend a bitcoin when the price was less then 250 USD. it's like giving away your money for free.
Same case as yours But I use to buy some bitcoins when its is on less value and when reach I high prices then I use buy things and I use sell some bitcoins for fiat currency. from yesterday onwards value is little increased that looks good going BTC price. It is not always possible. If you are in an emergency situation, and if you need money, then you will be forced to sell your coins at whatever rate available. The same has happened with me as well, on multiple occasions. And another question. If BTC drops to $250 per coin, what makes you believe that it will not go down even further?

I actively spend my bitcoins when I have enough. Yeah, I admit now that women are good of spending and that is not good for bitcoin price. 
I'm not actively spending bitcoins right now. I just save bitcoin for a price raise. I believe the upcoming halving will bring more surprises to us in terms of price appreciations.
Isn't this worrying. Bitcoin will not be a currency if people keep holding. It'll become a speculative asset

I use bitcoin to computer mother boards and CPU when the bitcoin price was $500. It was good as the price was high.
Bought some silver coins just recently, and then the btc price subsequently shot up, so I fucked that one up. I'm not so sure I'm going to be spending any more anytime soon.
I have never spent my bitcoins on things but I have bought other digital currencies, so mainly traded..I only took home bitcoin when I needed to travel so bought 2 plane tickets with it and paid rent on a house for two months and that's about it..but I hope in the future I can earn enough to buy stuff as well..
