i agree that idea for the bitcoin bank, but my question what is the previllage you can get if they have a banking system in bitcoin, because in the traditional banking system have an percentage interest rate in your money deposit, how about in bitcoin because banking is the part of savings investment.
Bitcoin and banking are opposites and enemies, they may be able to coexist for some time but at the end a war is going to break out between them, banks are very powerful but bitcoin is the best of the two systems for the people so if they decide to adopt what benefits them then banks are doomed.

I disagree with this idea "bitcoin bank" because first of all bitcoin is decentralized currency already. If you put bitcoin in a bank means there is a certain person or group that is holding our bitcoins and its centralized already. I like to put my bitcoins to microwallets for me rather than a bitcoin bank. Thats my opinion
We’ve had enough Bitcoin banks, that’s true. Xapo is the best in my own opinion. I don’t know why anyone should be requesting for more Bitcoin banks. What don’t we have available in the bitcoin community, we have wallets and we have banks, so we’re good to go.

What banking services did you want it to provide. There are several things that a bank does. I assume that the first and fore most that you are looking for is the interest payments. There are a few exchanges type sites that pay interest on the BTC balance that you have and maintain, so that is covered. Credit? Well, that is a whole new ball game.

It is hard to give credit and keep people anonymous at the same time. There are sites that give loans. So it depends on what you are looking for. We dont need all functions of banks. Maybe a few will do.

According to me, there is no requirement of bitcoin banks. If it will be a bank, then I won't keep myself in dark that there won't be the same rule and regulations as there are in fiat banks. Definitely, we will lose anonymity and as the guy has told, we can have interest on our BTCs, and then let's just forget about this idea.

Online wallets is enough for storing our bitcoins. Banking our coins takes time because it requires to file your documents and process it. But in e-wallets, so easy to access, manage and monitor because it is handy and we carry it we ever we go. We can make huge profits if we have only the full control to our btc through buy and sell.
You know, it pisses me out a lot when I see people mention things about having a bitcoin bank. Like seriously, what is a Bitcoin bank? Let me just put it this way– what will a bank offer in Bitcoin? Is it not to offer you a debit card, oh you need a Bitcoin cheque book? Like wtf... ain’tXapo and Coinbase enough? They offer what a bank can offer, so don’t ask for more.

Recently, i often see discussion about Bitcoin Bank. More and more people come here and ask about bitcoin bank & surprisingly i see few user agree with this idea.
So, i would like to find out the percentage of user who agreed with this idea.

Honestly, i think this idea is stupid and worst idea that i've seen in my life. What do you think?
p.s. we don't talk about bitcoin debit card OR any centralized service which only ask name and email address.
I agree that about the idea of "Bitcoin Bank", why? Less hassle to go in bank to deposit or withdraw.

why would I store my bitcoin in a specific BTC bank hahahahahhaa it is super risky
infact you can store your own BTC with wallet so why would  you need that if you can traet your wallet as a bank be practical and think more hehehehehe

Exactly! For me, I don’t need that bitcoin bank. I can store my btc through wallet. Bitcoin bank is likely an ordinary bank for me. It’s really useless.

I think it would be a good idea, some would say no, some would say yes. But for me, it's a good idea because we can have a focused and international banks that is only exclusive for bitcoin users and investors. This gives them advantage due to the security and the trust of the name it self and its company. Although it would be hacked and manipulated, i guess they are already prepared about those things if they would proceed about bitcoin banks.

I don't think that having a bitcoin bank is risky but you are right that creating our own wallet is safer than trusting bitcoin bank because in your own wallet you have all the control and no one is seeing your current balance while bank of bitcoin is risky because of the exposed information and the hackers might get attract with the bitcoin bank and bypass and stole some bitcoin from there.

It is a great idea but it has disadvantage too. The price rate of bitcoin is unstable with the change of time . $100 is today and it would be the $80 the next day and more or less. So bitcoin bank can't cope with the changeable rate of investment and interest. So though bitcoin bank is necessary for us but also many disadvantage too.

yes I agree, I think banks and bitcoin can work together to make transactions easier and simpler. of course bitcoin and bank will strengthen each other so I think this is a very good idea.
We still need bank to do transactions with bitcoin especially for cashing out. I think btc bank can be a great help for us to make it more convenient.

I don't think so as here in my country we can convert fiat without the need of bank. We have a lot of options where to cash out and it's working fine.
If bank and bitcoin will work together this will be a total chaos to all users, the pseudonym will be loss and the hackers will have a full access. Banks aren't safe that even their employees are suspected of glitches that are happening. We are now doing fine without banks so just be it.

I agree with a DECENTRALIZED Bitcoin bank which is run by the nodes, and has no central authority. This is what we truly need to keep people safe. Although, technically it could be said that is exactly what the blockchain is.

Bank will accept and that is fun but we should not limit only for bitcoin bank as we know how strict they will be if it will based on the current banking system law. We can still rely on exchanges and to see more options would make it good to use bitcoin, I don't trust bank in terms of protecting our personal information as they are just humans, they collect to much information from us that might be expose.

i dont agree.. it will be easy manipulated and control by a person if bitcoin bank exist.. totally disagree.. more advantage to the owner rather to ourself.. what happen this bank rob our money. what will happen.. that also will attract many hacker to attack this bank. what will happen if hacker manage to steal our money in this bank.. who wil be blamed? i dont think this will be a good idea.

Bitcoin bank? Ever heard of Blockchain? Or private keys?

By owning Bitcoin, we become our own bank. You control your keys, you secure your money, you are your own bank.

for me it is a good idea that to have us bitcoin bank. but in the other side it is have a big risk to have one. why? because most of use are anonymous in this bitcoin world. how could we say that this bitcoin bank is totally legit and we all have in a good hand for those future clients who wants these services, let say it is a good idea to have but not totally recommended because of high anonimity.

I disagree because if there is a bitcoin bank then the nature of bitcoin will be like a fiat, and later there will be a misuse of this, the bank is just making bad bitcoin  Angry
