Along with the rising trend, the altcoins will start to rise gradually. At this time, I think we should not take anything out of hand. Do not sell anything with panic unless you see 20K unless you have to.
depending on which altcoin we will sell, if the altcoin we want to sell is a potent token or a good token, selling it is the wrong choice. Although bitcoin is more profit but it could be with a good altcoin we have one day can buy more than one bitcoin .
that good opinion dude.much people consider that bitcoin totally influence altcoin price.actually this is not work 100% .some altcoin can still survive while bitcoin price dropping.

I believe that you need to have both bitcoin and altcoyins. Some of them make a profit much larger than bitcoin and also have functions that are much better than that of it. I have been working with tokens for a long time and I do not intend to leave this activity.
I agree.You have to diversify your investment as much as possible so do not just put it in one basket.Yes bitcoin has really more potentials than altcoin but we cannot deny that as bitcoin slowly increasing its price,there are some good altcoins too that increasing their prices too.For me,investing in both coins will be more profitable than just focusing on single bitcoin that any time it will fall since we are not sure what will happen in the future.

It could work, we all know that bitcoin is the most famous coin out in the market, people, most especially those people who are new or have just heard bitoin from a friend or some news, tend to buy bitcoin without the knowledge that there are other good coins as well. But for me, bitcoin is not the only good investment out there, other coins might give you even bigger profit.

I would not recommend investing in just one crypto currency. Undoubtedly, bitcoin now leads the market, but this does not mean that you can ignore the rest of the crypto currency. To date, we can see a large number of promising coins, in which it is worth investing. Therefore, I share the investment and choose several worthy projects.
The actual problem is that altcoins are dropping very fast, and that is the main reason of why a lot of people are moving forward to sell their alts and put their money in bitcoin, or just in ethereum.
If btc goes down by 5%, alts go down by 6% - 7%.

Maybe is alternative way to buy bitcoin why not?We all know bitcoin is more profitable than to altcoin so I think nothing is wrong if we sell our altcoin to buy bitcoin. Many people actually do that because of the idea that Bitcoin still is the best coin around that could give a person the best profit possible come the time it gains back what it lost after several dumps. However, I will not totally dispose all of my altcoins to buy Bitcoin because there are still some altcoins, like Ethereum, that is worth holding. And also, in this market, diversity is key, so it's better to have a couple of coins rather than just one.
I think that both options are better, I keep some altkoins and bitcoins, and with some sales I get bitcoin but do not spend all
The plan is not cast in stones. I hold a BTC core position and flip the fringe on altcoins.

That could be good strategy when BTC price is lower and ALTS are higher like one in JAN 2018 , In the long run BTC will be the one ruling the crypto so YES.Approved
In my case, I would much prefer holding alts that has a huge potential of being successful in the long run than selling all of them and holding bitcoin. Although holding bitcoin has a lesser risk, holding altcoin has a faster and easier chance of earning a decent profit. Imagine an altcoin going from 0-100% (1$-2$) in price over a day. This is likely to happen in the market.
Exactly! Because not all altcoins have low qualities, there are some that are also stable. However, we need to be more careful in choosing altcoin to mitigate risks and losses. If Altcoin is not in good standard, I prefer to sell it and buy Bitcoin instead, knowing that Bitcoin is leading in the market, decline in price is just minimal and still it can generate income, it's popular, established, increasing demand and is more profitable. Furthermore, it does not stop on that part, we should still to learn something new, enhance skills, be informed, creative and responsible. I never want to invest on any of altcoins by selling my bitcoins because I knows that bitcoin has more potential than any other coins so it will give more benefits in future if we hold until,if you invest on altcoins you can invest the amount from profits of your bitcoin.
No not much..I don't totally agree with the idea of sell alt the buy Bitcoin. But you can buy altcoin, then when it's the right or perfect time to sell it the do it sell some of it and then buy more bitcoins..

He didn't directly say sell all kinds of altcoincs and Buy Bitcoin instead. And in my own experience I don't have to offload my altcoins for Bitcoin because when Bitcoin's rally will come all of the cryptocurrencies in the market or the majority of it will rally together with it. Some Altcoins even outperform Bitcoin when it comes to overall price change. Not entirely agree. A trader needs to understand the market situation. Indeed many say this is a good time to buy. It's just that if you have capital outside of crypto, now the average altcoins also decreased in price. So it's not possible to sell all altcoins and buy bitcoins that will only get the same value

Both altcoins and botcoin users have patience to hold the coins for ling time. Invest in bitcoin is 80% means invest in altcoins 20%. Because the value of bitcoin is very high compare to other altcoins. There are so many altcoins now available in the market but only bitcoin is available. No other competitor coin for bitcoin is not available till now. So invest in altcoins and hold it for long time once the price is reasonable you can sell and buy bitcoin.
Not everytime because sometimes altcoins makes a person millionaire and one bitcoin makes someone poor if patience is lost.
