If the Bible is a book of facts, then let us look at these "facts".
As your bible states:
"God creates Adam and Eve"
Adam and Eve have Children
These children grow into adults and have their own children.
As you need both male and female to produce children.... Adam and Eve's family commit incest.
I always thought that their children were Cain and Abel. How did they reproduce?
Adam and Eve had many children. Eve probably lived 400 to 600 years or more. Adam lived well over 900 years. At one child a year, that was 400 or 500 for Eve. If Adam took other wives, that may have been many more.
When you consider that these children might have started having children at age 20 - they were almost as healthy as Adam and Eve - look at how fast the world could fill up in just a couple hundred years.
So Adam may have had many wives.... if Adam and Eve were the original 2... then they had to have had children which Adam could then take for wives....
So you admit the story of Adam and Eve is about incest.

Where did Eve come from? She was made from a rib that was taken from Adam's body. Incest is nothing. You simply avoid looking at perfection and near perfection because you are so corrupt.
Incest didn't become wrong until after the Great Flood of Noah's day. The reason for making it "illegal" was the failure, the devolution, of the human race into something that barely approximated the perfection of pre-flood times.
But you, all you want to do is continue into deeper depravity. That's why you try to continually make God and the Bible out to be bad. Well, go ahead. Become more depraved. It will bring about your demise, and nobody will miss you.

I know, maybe you don't want to believe the wrong doings of your religion, or the atrocious nature of your religion. Either that, or you actually are that depraved!
Well, you accept evolution as truth, don't you? There is way more incestuous "cross breeding" in evolution than there could ever imaginably be in creation.
You can't seem to get it into your understanding that incest was not wrong when things were not in the corrupt state that they are in now. Devolution is the corruption that has made incest a bad thing.
The major cause of devolution is, not accepting the fact that God exists, but if one accepts His existence, not believing what He says. So you are promoting corruption and devolution in your thinking. As long as you keep on promoting corruption, there will never be enough regaining of perfection to make incest an acceptable thing.
That is only your belief of time and history.

Show me the scientific proof that incest was appropriate.

It is easy to understand how someone can be unsure of the processes whereby life and the universe came into existence. But, do you accept evolution or not? You don't seem to accept creation. How do you think life came about?
The reason I ask is, because if you are an evolution believer, then you accept incest way more than any creation believer could ever think of doing.
What does incest have to do with evolution? Just this. Probability math suggests that evolution is impossible. So, to overcome the probability math, life would have to be trying every way possible to exist, grow and advance. This would not only include incest of all sorts, but also slimy "sex with rocks" and whatever else happened to be around, in all the possible ways it could have been done.
It's about time you stepped away from evolution, and stepped up to a perfect creation gone sour by the will and action of mankind. This way you will be stepping out of the mass incest of evolution, and the lies that you tell when you say you think incest is bad. After all, your belief in evolution shows that you love incest way more than anyone would if he loved the imperfect route man has followed following creation.
