Evolution is a scientifically proven theory. Examples of evolution can be seen in real life. In places such as the Galapagos islands, you can witness evolution in action. Arguing against evolution is like arguing against science and progress.
Have you ever heard the term "sovereign citizen?" If you are "sovereign," it means that there is nobody else that has control over you. If you are a "citizen," it means that there is someone else who is over you. "Sovereign citizen" is a contradiction in terms, and oxymoron.
A proven theory is the same thing. It is a contradiction in terms. "Proven" means that it is factual. "Theory" means that it has not been proven. To say that evolution is a "proven theory" says nothing. Mostly it shows that there is inconclusiveness in the understanding.
What is "evolution?" Evolution is, simply, change. Certainly there is change. But there is no evolution in the sense of random mutation to more complex, "better" forms of life. This type of evolution has been proven nowhere.
Further, cause and effect (as upheld by Newton's 3rd Law) have been proven to exist all over the place. Yet there has not been one example of pure random (opposite of cause and effect; necessary for evolution to exist). In fact, pure random is totally against the principle of the way the universe operates.
Cause and effect in everything means that everything has been pre-programmed. This means that even if there were some form of change where plants or animals actually change their genes into some other form, it was programmed in, from the beginning of the universe. Using the term "evolution" only serves to confuse the facts.
