Yes, but sorry I'm not buy it for the first but hold it from bounty, like Robotina, because I see the team behind it, backed buy the real product and great partnership, and if you can check in here, the price increase gradually since release Wink

Ya, not only that, I hold more altcoins although it not on the top 100.

Yes, I have tried it before and until now I am still holding the coin because it has the potential for the growth but still the current price is down so holding will prevent me losing some of my money. For now, I am also waiting for the right time since BTC markets has gone good and of course other coins will going to follow in due time. If ETH can go high probably most of this coins will go high also.

Hey guys, do you buy altcoins which are not top 100 of Coinmarketcap? Isn’t it risky to invest in them? Want to hear your opinion!

If you do that, your only throwing your investment capital into nothing. I would rather go to buy a coins that are listed most commonly in the top 10 coins at the coinmarketcap, due to it is an advantage honestly speaking. Its too risky if you buy coins that has no value and not belong at the top 100 coins in the market.
Never limit only in the top 100 as it's not guaranteed that the top 100 coins are all good coins.
The only reason why they are in the top 100 is because of its big marketcap, big supply will likely give big marketcap.
We have to consider that there are also undervalued value coins in the market, there's a huge list, we can find a good one that will bring us fortune.
Though it's also good to invest in a high volume coin, but the opportunity to make more profit are in the coins that are not payed much attention by investors.

I think that you should not invest in such altcoins, they have very low liquidity. But in the growth phase, such assets can grow several times. The risks are too high but the reward can be decent if you are lucky.

In this world, without risk, we cannot make money in the same way, we should always research about the coin we are investing. It is always good to invest in the coin after listing in the exchanges because we can see their development once after listing in the exchange only according to that we have to start investing.

I do not trust the coin is not from the top.  But if I choose some one, then I need a lot of time to check the coin and assess the risks of investment.  It is easier for me to invest in proven coins.

Have a tool and not use it?
Such investments are always dangerous, but risks can be significantly reduced by investing not in one such project, but several. Profit from 1-3 successful investments will cover losses from 7-9 unsuccessful.

I am the one who has the assets above the top 100 in CMC, and I regret doing that, because my assets have not recovered after falling in November 2018, and amazingly some altcoins are ranked in the top 100 CMC has recovered its price,
This is very unfortunate, and I personally do not encourage anyone to invest in shit coins, especially you are mentally prepared.

Hey guys, do you buy altcoins which are not top 100 of Coinmarketcap? Isn’t it risky to invest in them? Want to hear your opinion!

Three years ago, I had invested in a little known altcoin, which was outside the top 100 list in coinmarketcap. After 5-6 months, the prices increased by close to 100x and I sold a part of my holdings at a good profit. But the coin is almost worthless now and it has once again fallen outside the top 100 list. But I am not disappointed. I got good returns after investing in this coin.

Now don't ask me to name the coin, which I don't want to do right now. I still own a few coins, but it is no longer actively traded in the major exchanges.

While investing in such coins, keep one thing in mind. Most of these coins will undergo a pump and dump cycle at some point of time. You need to sell your coins during the pump, else you may never get a second chance.

I don’t just buy any coin I see , I make my research and take my time to make my choices. It’s very risky to just buy any coin without proper analysis whether top 10 or top 50 or top 100 except for daily trading and not long term.

This is indeed a bit risky but if the choices we make are right, we will also get profits. as it is today where many people can indeed get or do research on coins that are truly potentially big

Risks of course more. Than alts from the top 100. But you can earn more if you find a really good project. Projects with small caps go well in price.

Personally, I don't use coinmarketcap - I've been using openmarketcap.com, but I guess it's all the same if you're talking about the top 100.
Mostly are same, in this bullish market, top 100 altcoins is guarantee you that the price of that altcoins will increase following with bitcoin price. Especially top 10 coins like ethereum, litecoin and bitcoin cash. Just look at the coinmarketcap, all the price is green right now. It's better to buy top 100 or top 10 alts.

Obviously it's risky to invest in such coins but often the profit is bigger compared with top 100 coins. As precaution measures i pay attention to the coin volume in the market and the number of transactions. It is foolish to invest in a dead coin.
not all coins not included in the top 100 altcoin are dead. yes maybe some people think it's stupid because it's not in the top 100. they chose it based on the potential and performance of the coin not because they chose because of rank. people's choices differed and all of them were in their hands.

I only buy those does not in the top 100, Becasue they are to many of them that can make you rich or getting some big profit. But we need to make sure yet if the alts we buy are more interesting in the future and have some big volume in the market as well.

Although there is a big possibilities that when you invest in the alts that has not been in the CMC could not guarantee you a good project, but there are also alts that yet they are not in CMC but sooner or later their project is getting stronger and with that they will planning to list in CMC.

Most of the time I try to avoid buying some less known coins. But if I find something interesting with good potential, why shouldn't I have it?
It's your money anyway, hehehe Wink it's also part of our ventures inside this industry to find other alternatives aside from supporting those well known projects around, investors needs to work around in every venues of opportunities as long as they are doing good research to avoid possibilities being
trapped with pumped and dumped project that is commonly seen from those not so known coins that exist from the market.
