I am a highly sentimental person. In as much as one can make huge gains trading bit coin and other alternate currencies there are also risks associated with it due to the highly volatile market...as much as I want them to make profits I wouldn't want them to experience the downside also. so NO....I don't encourage it

Funny story – I have a friend who gave his 1 year old exactly 0.01 BTC so the kid can cash it in like 20 years.
Now, I don't encourage anyone to do anything. I don't want to be the guy who was wrong that one time, hahaha. Crypto market is pretty unstable right now, now is not the time.

I do not. But I was encouraged to invest in crypto by my friend. Bought some bitcoins just to try how it works. As for today I have lost a half but I will hold)

Interesting did any islam religious leader or organization issue their opinion about cryptocurrencies and investments in coins?) Do you hear about such fatwahs?

No, I don't because my family doesn't support doing gambling. In Islam.,gambling is prohibited and so my family doesn't allow me to gamble in casino. So I don't gamble in casino with my family members but I go to casino alone sometimes and I like to watch people gambling.

I've told less than a handful of my close friends I deal with crypto. One asked me if he should invest, I said that there is huge potential in it but be prepared that you can lose it all in a whim. It's as simple as that, then they know the risk and can't blame me for any losses.
If we convince someone for anything, we must let them know the merits and demerits of that thing as well. Reason is, if they only know what benefits of this thing are, they can go good with them. But what if they just encounter any loss moment, they will be just like blank paper so letting them know how to deal with bad conditions is profitable. You are doing just great in this regard.
We don't need to convince them if they don't like or something else that they cannot believe. Thus, merits is not needed for them to know crpto they can have a good research here without it. Demerits? It is not applied yet in the bitcointalk system tho. Better for you to have some good knowledge and understanding to the topic.

I used to encourage friends and family to invest in crypto but only to a certain, select few. Last year, when Bitcoin's price peaked at around $10,000, I kept sharing with some of my love ones how lucrative it is to invest in it. But then upon entering 2018, the price dropped significantly that I cannot even begin to defend that its price will recover soon. It is because I know they already feel I mislead them into something that is very much disappointing. You know, I sometimes wished I did not try to influence them because as it turns out now, I am the reason why their monies fall with Bitcoin at present. That is why I am profusely wishing for a positive turnaround so then they will realize I did not put their monies to sham. Lesson learned is to keep quite about my investments because one way or the other, I will be incessantly put to blame by reason of factors that are even beyond my control.

I have learnt my fair share of never involving people who do not understand, and who sabotage themselves with their misconceptions about the space. But of course I am trying my level best to influence them

I am almost a year in cryptocurrencies but i do not encourage my families, relatives and friends to invest with it meanwhile i encourage them to work on crypto as a bounty hunter or sign up airdrops, in this way they can earn money without any investments, all they need to do is to focus and give time to do bounty campaigns.

I do not want to encourage anyone in my family or friends. and I advise you to be like me. If successful, family and friends will thank you very much. But if they lose money, they will hate you and will not want to come in contact with you

I'm someone who loves to share.  When I discovered blockchain technology a while ago, I wanted to tell everyone.  I didn't stop with my friends and family.  I told colleagues at work, my doctor, and just about anyone who would listen.  Some who got in early made money and were very happy.  But others waited until after seeing the massive bull run to invest, and bought at the top.  Now I keep my mouth shut because I can't control how people invest.  Even though blockchain will change the world, there are still good and bad investments.  How about you?  Do you encourage others to invest in crypto?
I always encouraging all of my friends to enter to the cryptocurrency world for them to have a better life. I know that they can earn big amount of money if they will work hard and work smart here in the cryptocurrency world. Their life will become better because of the bitcoin.

I would definitely encourage my friends and family to invest in cryptocurrency. Although, it is quite risky, investing in cryptocurrency offers very good returns. At present, no other sector is as profitable as cryptos, so the risk is worth taking.

No I really don't, crypto is still too volatile and it's better to put what you can afford to loose, now imagine you advised someone and they invested in crypto during December, they would have lost almost everything, I would rather teach them how crypto works and they invest on their own
that good choice man.dont ever ask them to invest in crypto.it is too risky right now.better to other invesment portofolio with low risk.but its okey if you ask them to following bounty campaign.

Yes I did. I would love to do it most of the time because I want them to earn the same as mine. I first shared it with my sister and she was very hesitant and doubtful about it before but I didn't get tired of sharing about and explaining about it all the time until I convinced her one day which is an advantage because she is earning better than me now.
