So far, i have no reason to leave the crypto world. I am here to stay.
Even the price slump of the last weeks will not drive me away.
Everything is still too new and exciting for me.

The market has been down for too long. Do you feel like quitting cryto because you ve lost much?
For me, am a die hard fan of crypto. I will be a coward if i run away. I will stay till the green light shows. What about you?
You're right mate. Crypto is all about patience and perseverance to the end. Give it a try again when the market goes down, buy more coins and hold till that day when the greens will make much profit returns.

Crypto is not just about profit. It's the new technological revolution. If we don't stand for it now, the world would go back many years.
The faster the world embrace crypto, the sooner would we move to a better world.

I do agree with this but also the price for Bitcoin, ETH anything really is reliant on US dollar and perceptions that also go with that.   What can appear as weakness in the price can also relate to flows in the dollar between nations of the world, the Dollar index has recovered some this year in 2018 where in 2017 it mostly fell almost as a certain trend the whole year.

That recovery for US dollar is seen as lower pricing and possibly also demand in usage of BTC.   Longer term I do think the dollar index will continually fall until they solve a budget deficit and are able to tackle their long term debt overhang on the economy.   Crypto is not likely to be reversed to nothing as almost every participant acknowledges, however some think the technology can be centralised and controlled by one entity with value dictated rather then a free market with decentralised processing.
The price variation is partly on confidence which protocol will do best but also about development still ongoing by those competing for the market revenue I think.

I would advise not to wait for a bottom price or a top price, spread out your buys and sells so you can last the distance like a marathon.  The factors to success are far beyond us as individuals, past the horizon we see and so we must last till this whole process of change is clearer to far more people then just us on the forum discussing hopes and dreams Smiley

sometimes if I look at the market for too long I think I want to leave crypto, but I try to convince myself that I can survive in crypto. and I must be sure that the market will soon be green.

For me, I never get tired and feel like quitting on crypto when I know that one of my friend get good profits from his investments. This motivates my self that patience is the key to success.

No! Not at all. I am going no where. I am strongly addicting to Crypto not just to expect or envisage the Green scenario solely, but to also contribute my own quota in the Development and advancement of Crypto Technology especially to the unknown or ignorant people around my Economy.

Yes, quitting will only result to nothingness, I never quit in something that I love doing Like crypto currency, If I lose then I will try again for the second or last time, Im sure that giving my all will result to something profitable.

I also plan to wait for a good growth, no matter how long I have to keep the coins in my portfolio.

So far, I don't meet the very urgent reasons why I should like quitting from crypto. If it is because the dropped price, I think that the market now starts recovering. Crypto also has given me many benefits so far. Hence, i don't think to have the exact reasons for quitting. Crypto still becomes a promising investment and ways to earn more money.

If you feel you have lost, quitting is not the solution. Instead, take the bull by the horn, face the challenge and ensure you get the best from this space. Who knows whether the challenge you're facing now, will be a stepping stone into you becoming vast in crypto.

I quit before, 2014, and it turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life. Things could have been much different for me at the moment, but I ran into a scam. For now I just have to hope that I'm not too late. Just simply by being here I would had benefited greatly.
If you have not quit, you have already rich by now  Smiley. Learn from your mistake in the past and make sure that you will not repeat your mistake again.

Yes Sometimes I feel that i should quit crypto and do some local based business but then i look on the other side of the game as crypto is a name of technology and according to me it will take sometime to get established and rise upward, so then i cancel my idea of quitting and keep on holding.

I'm sure many have thought about quitting, it is natural to feel that way when you are losing money.
Interestingly, there is a totally different mindset from those who were here last december vs. those who started within the last couple months.

To really make it in crypto, you have to understand and believe in the tech.
If you haven't been able to see real world use cases or how disruptive it is, then I suggest you research more.
It wasn't until that I saw how game changing it is that I become committed and excited about investing in crypto.
It will survive the volatility, the skeptics, the manipulators, the bubble, all of it.
It will change the fundamental way the organizations and businesses operate.

So with that, the real question is which projects are proffessional enough and strong enough to survive.
Those are the ones that will truly bring insane value.

Sometimes I feel like quitting but when I mean about quitting is just temporarily leave crypto and my coins for later once a clearly identifiable bull market come back but I am so fascinated by the potential of the technology that I keep researching and seeking informations on the latests developments and projects. I feel like it's probably going to take years before anything really useful besides Bitcoin is adopted throughout the world but it's one of the most exciting time because it's still quite early.

No, I won't stop quitting, I'm still in this kind of business and enjoying every single time of it, so there's no reason to quit. in the first place if you already accepted the fact that this kind of stuff is not safe, there's no kind of feeling to quit, but if you invested much and receives nothing and it makes your life worst, well it's up to you. You have your own decision.

Same here,I dont feel quitting but sometimes I feel disgusted as what my portfolio turns out. When this happens I just spend time outside visiting friends, movies  bookstore or parks. I know there is bearish and bullish season so its just normal in one trading cycle.
